Just had an PV and battery Installation done by Eco and it was perfect from start to finish from initial booking and quote by David all the way to the hand over documentation from Laura.

Mike the electricians work is super tidy and Brad the roofer planned out and laid the 18 panels on 2 roofs.

Had a little issue with the Meter and CT clamp not registering and this was identified by Ryan one of the bosses and Mike came back out and replaced it.

Would 100% recommend and will be using them again in the future to add another battery.

One month in and so far so good. There were a few hiccups but the team were helpful, professional and did their best to address the problems. I would recommend the team to friends and family.

Very friendly and professional service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend Eco Renewables to anybody looking for a solar and battery installation.

Fitted 20 Solar panels to the roof without effort, and made a very good job fitting in a new Tesla power wall3 battery in the garage. It was a very cold day, but the team worked non-stop to complete the job in under five hours.

Eco Renewables Group provides a satisfactory service overall, but with room for improvement. Chris, the co-owner, is professional and takes the time to address customer concerns, showing genuine care and dedication. The installation team is efficient and knowledgeable, completing work in a timely manner while being informative, though more guidance pre-installation would be beneficial. Pricing is competitive and the equipment is of good quality. However, aftercare service appears lacking, with issues like system faults not being promptly resolved, leading to customer frustration. More reliable customer support post-installation would enhance the overall experience.

Arrived on time and very helpful, nothing was a problem to them explained everything to me.

Planning the solar panels and battery was easy but no pre-site visit so uncertainty about whether 10 or 12 panels would fit. Sales were very responsive. When I found a cheaper deal elsewhere the price was reduced accordingly.

Installation delayed due to no scaffolder turning up and poor communication from Eco Renewables with me, so I stayed in waiting for them but they did not show. I had to then chase for a new installation date.

Courier tried to deliver battery and inverter on day that scaffolder did not turn up so I declined the package. I was never told I would need to store the equipment prior to the installation. I had no where to do that and no communication from Eco Renewables that I would have to do this.

The installation day was a partial success but it took 2 days to complete due to the installers not having all the correct equipment. They could only fit 10 panels in the end. Was given very basic information about he app and little further help.

The installers left all their rubbish behind despite me understanding they would remove it. Due to the nature of the waste including metal parts, wiring, etc I had to take it to recycling centre myself. I contacted CEO but no further action taken. No offer of price reduction due to my experience that he was fully aware of.

Finally the scaffolders chipped a new patio slab when removing their scaffolding. They offered to pay for the slab to be replaced once we contacted them.

Overall good price but I would not use or recommend Eco Renewables Group for solar and battery installation.

very smooth transaction throughout very knowledgeable and reasonable company the fitting team were very knowledgeable and respectful the electrician was very tidy and full of information and helpful in all a very good experience all round and i feel value for money

Found this company by random on Facebook... normally I'd be totally skeptical but happy to find that they're actually a great company to work with. Everything went fine, price was good, no stress. Even the after sales support responded promptly. Won't hesitate to recommend them.

Solar was delivered with excellence in ever way. I purchased 21 panels plus battery from Carly who was always very pleasant to talk to.
Better, I found Eco renewables installation team to be the most professional workers ever. The team of Shawn, Michael and Johnno were prompt, pleasant and cleaned up afterwards, and I really appreciated that fact that they ran all of the options past me and my wife before doing any work, some of my suggestions involved more work for the team but worked better for us, but they just smiled, were happy to oblige, and held a brilliant attitude throughout the day.
After care support has been exceptional too!!!

I recently reached out to several companies for quotes on solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall 3, including Chris's company. From the start, I found Chris to be professional and courteous in his approach. However, after looking at some reviews on Trustpilot, I had reservations. Upon sharing my concerns with Chris, he offered to have a telephone conversation, and we spent about 60 minutes discussing everything in detail.

During our conversation, I got a real sense of ownership and care from Chris, as he's the co-owner of the business. He was thorough, transparent, and took the time to address all of my concerns. It’s clear that reviews don’t always tell the whole story, and speaking with Chris helped me see that some issues customers face can be resolved, even if the reviews don’t always reflect that.

Have just had Solar Panels etc fitted by this company. Surveyor who came out first was very efficient and helpful with questions I had. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently in less than a day. The gents who came to install on the day arrived nice and early and worked really well to get the installation completed. Mike who did the electrical installation was clearly very knowledgable and Wilf and the other gent worked really well. I’m really pleased with the results.
It would be helpful to have more advice and information and an explanation of what happens pre installation and what to expect on the day. Thankfully my brother had used this company (he recommended them to me) and was able to give me a lot of help and advice in understanding the options available otherwise I would have found it difficult to navigate the information that was emailed out on initial application. Mike, the electrician, was also very helpful with the app (which again thanks to my brother I had already downloaded); he helped me to get that set up with the Tesla Powerwall 3 battery and get online. I was really grateful for that help.

Excellent price, great communication, top quality kit.

From start to finish I was really impressed, turned up on time, kept to the budget, did what they'd say, really couldn't recommend them enough. The team were very polite and professional and took time to show us how to use the kit as well.
