Very accomidating, and reliable service

It was a great experience all over. My driver picked me up on time, helped me with all of my luggage (which was a lot) and also helped me getting into my accommodation. Friendly, punctual and very polite.

Our driver James was excellent. He was on time, communication was great, and he safely got us to our destination. Professional, courteous and affordable. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant service! My trip was from Edinburgh airport to Bishopbriggs and even though my flight was 2 hours late, Johnny waited for me and my daughter. He even got her a car seat which I’d asked for and was so she was safely strapped in for the whole journey home. Good conversation too on the long journey!

It was British Open and Jazz festival. We were arriving on a ship at 4:15 and needed a prompt ride to the airport for an early flight. Billy was right on time, friendly and confident. We highly recommend this service.

I had an excellent experience with this company. I needed a ride on somewhat short notice after another company cancelled on me due to a flight delay. They came to the rescue with a fast booking despite the late arrival. My driver, Jonathan, was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job.

Exceptional service and nothing is a problem

I booked and pre-paid for a transfer from Edinburgh Airport to Fife a week in advance. Literally as my flight landed Ecosse sent me a one sentence email saying, in full: "Hi unfortunately we have no car available will credit you back later"

To say this was inconvenient is an understatement. I ended up having to take an ordinary taxi for nearly double the price Ecosse had quoted. A cancellation even a few hours earlier would have allowed me to make other arrangements.

They get two stars, not one, in recognition of the fact that the refund came very quickly, but, overall, this was annoying and very unprofessional.

Good price, good contact to arrange pick-up, on time and pleasant.
