Total Ripoff! Had software for 3 months then, message came up it was Pirated! Ecostsoftware has not responded to e-mails and of course, no phone number. I paid $800 for 2 seats of Adobe Acrobat Pro XI.

I bought Adobe CS6 from these people. Adobe just informed me the product is pirated software. Don't ever buy ANYTHING from this company.
Their email contact address is phony. The listed phone number goes to a metal fabrication company. These people are thieves!

I bought software from eCostSoftware and received confirmation #14004. then I received download instructions rather than the DVD I had expected. but became ill and went to hospital. I am back to work and can't find the instructions for downloading. I also can't get a hold of the company. Their old website doesn't exist and emails are returned as a invalid address.

Buyer beware as what you purchase, per description, may not be what you end up with exactly. Purchased software that was described/listed as boxed retail (DVD). Was provided download link and told to make my own disc. Not what I ordered at all. Still trying to get a refund. Company needs to correct listings or be more upfront with customers. I would call them first before proceeding with ANY online purchase.

Good clear pricing and product description on their website made selection easy. For those who are cautious about on-line software purchasing the software is indeed genuine (verified by Microsoft) a check I now always take as I have in the past with other on-line purchases had problems. The packaging was good and well sealed and delivered in one working day as promised and advised by email. I bought Late on Saturday evening so am very pleased. I would certainly recommend and use this supplier again.
