Even cuter in person. I keep getting compliments every time I wear it!

I followed exactly the size chart on the website and i got sandals that are big, but i’m still supposed to pay for the return fees, if your sizing is wrong don’t recommend people to follow it , if i had ordered my usual size it would have been fine, it’s now up to me to figure the whole exchange thing, i would not be recommending the website or products obviously.

The online store was very easy to navigate.
The product when it arrived looked exactly like advertised. It was beautifully wrapped as well. I tend to work from home every couple of days so it necessary for me to take my laptop and other things with me at all times. My only criticism of the product is that I can’t cram anymore stuff inside. I had to be selective of what I take with me.

I didn't receive anything yet, and it's been almost 4 weeks. They said it would take 2-3 weeks.

I got their small briefcase and it is the cutest thing ever. It came super quick and in good condition. The whole process went super smoothly and I am happy with the purse so far
Update: This has been my everyday purse since I got it and not only is it holding up with mild wear but I still get so many compliments on it!

Don’t spend money to buy a crushed bag!

I have waited more than one month to receive my briefcase. But I am sooooo disappointed after opening it! It is crushed and has lots of wrinkles!
The bag is not well protected, only covered by a thin plastic bag.
I doubt I will use this crushed briefcase for my trip. Totally waste my money

I ordered an Alani bag for work and school. I was a bit nervous to buy from one of the online-only made overseas brands, but this bag is beautiful. It is clearly well made, with good quality vegan leather. It also has nicely padded pockets for my laptop and other supplies - I cannot say enough good things about this bag! Even coming from China to the States, it only took about two weeks to come in. I will absolutely buy another bag from them in the future. If you’re on the fence - DO IT. I’m thrilled!

Need to offer size 10 shoes and boots please.

I don’t like the company misleads you saying it’s made in California when it really comes from China. The purse is pleather not real leather. Looks like it will peel.

Bought this for a Christmas gift. She loves it!

The service was amazing, everything was perfectly packaged and protected with tape. It arrived surprisingly quickly and I was informed of the arrival and deliver process.

I was uncertain about buying this product and was worried the quality wouldn't be good. I also didn't want to wait an extended time to receive it considering covid. I have to say the product is excellent and I am very happy. It's great quality and looks exactly as in photos. It has that real leather smell and is so cute. It's large enough to fit my small macbook, a binder, and another notebook. I do wish it had a little spot for pens but I use the mini pockets for my airpods and charger. I would say it is pretty much perfect for my needs. I worried also that the backpack would make it look cheap but it really doesn't. It's an excellent option if you have to walk long distances with a laptop and work items. I recommend this 100%. It also arrived within the 30 day or so time window and was well packaged.

I received every single update on my email and was able to track it without problems. I can't really rate the shipping experience as a whole because I shipped it to a locker and later to my own country. I did this because due to corona ecosusi couldn't ship to my country, but I totally understand and this information was provided before I bought the bags so it was something I expected. I do think it took a while for the package to arrive to my locker in the States, it was around 3 to 4 weeks (counting only business days). But anything else was great concerning the service and the customer experience I had.

I ordered the martin boots and honnestly the most comfy boots I've ever had !
And they seems to resist to the many bike journey I made under the rain in Copenhagen !

Our Christmas gift came quickly, packed safely and was a huge hit! Very stylish briefcase.

I spent around 80$ for a bag, and the quality is super horrible. I am Chinese and this is the standard “taobao” bag that gets made and shipped from china that you can purchase for $5. I wanted to return it but you pay for international return fee, around $20-30 depending on where, really not worth it at all. The bag also has chemical smells and is still and can’t fit anything.
