We have worked with the company over the past year their service and communication on each property has been excellent.

My first experience with the business was soo poor considering the first person I spoke to, Abed was fantastic. I had decided I would not use them, however I had a contact from Abed a few days ago to ask about the services again and decided to give them one more try. The service level was day and night different. From Abed to Pav to Amaan was one of the best service I have recieved. These guys turned a very frustreted and let down customer to being a fan now. I can't priase the guys enough. Abed is an asset to this business, he is very knowlegable and professional. Pav, she was very professional but also very reassuring to make sure my experience will be better and she promised that her guy Amaan will be there ontime etc. True to her words Amaan turned up ontime, explained everything, did his job very well but i was pleasently surprised that he was a young lad, who was not only very professional but also knowledable and spoke really well for someone of his age. I truely hope your bosses see this as its true account of how 3 of them worked extremely hard to put something right that was not even thier fault. Also its a credit to the business for having these guys in the team. Thank you and I look forward to the install.
