I found the lads from LS Electricx to be very friendly, Pleasant, professional, empathic, and patient from the start to finish.
The work looked and was completed to a very high standards, with a clear explanation. Overall I am very pleased with the work and the lads from EcoTarget and LS Electricx.

Everything went wrong from the start — and we didn’t even get to begin the actual work. The communication was very poor and the service completely unreliable. It was difficult to get updates, and commitments were never kept.

They visited my home 4–5 times for assessments, each time sending different people who didn’t seem to know what was going on. I kept getting calls from different staff members at random times, which was confusing and frustrating. They sent workers with materials who speak very little of English, and the next day told them to take everything back.

After explaining that I was unhappy and would not be proceeding with the work, their response was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.

I had good experience with Eco Target. The work was done well, and everything went smoothly. Prachi and Maria were both very helpful, and friendly. They also checked in afterwards to make sure I was happy with everything.

The lovely team from ecotarget are absolutely amazing, honestly I am blown away by their work, they work quick and efficiently, high quality work with exceptional customer service and manners. They work very clean and are respectful, they are highly skilled workers, they work threw any problems and issues with you and consult you threw every step.

This company are crooks. They are claiming from government funding for things that are not carried out at homes. Taxpayers money being paid through government to these crooks.

Wow what can I say my experience with this company has been amazing throughout. they have done a amazing job with my insulation walls and also helped with my garden that got very out of hand PAV has been at call all throughout and helped me get my home back in working order they have gone above and beyond and I am very grateful, THANKS TO PAV AND HER TEAM YOUS ARE AMAZING!!x

I feel my service through this company was poor and not been helpful to resolve my problem which they told me someone will come and solve the problem but didn’t turn up
I have a learning disability which they know very well and still didn’t help me

The office representative are unavailable 24/7 . There is no one with whom you can directly communicate to. The only person who was available to resolve all the issues was the lady with whom I was in contact with at initial stage fatemah amjad. She was very helpful and was in contact with all parties. The work of installer was good but again lack of communication

Overall the works completed was ok, it required chasing up time to time. Customer service from an office point of view was slow, no one answering at the main office or getting back to emails.
The lady who dealt with us Fatima Amjad answered and got back to us in a timely manner, however the service isn't consistent with other eco target staff.

When they start work i was thinking they will not finish with in they gave time limit But they worked very perfectly. When I speak to the Mr Herdeep about any issue He Responded very quickly and solved it.
So special thanks Mr Herdeep and your team.wish you all the best.

Eco Target is an exceptional company with a highly professional team. They completed the installation at both the front and rear of my property, delivering work of outstanding quality. Cristian, Hardeep, and the entire installation team provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company.

I was told to give ECO good reviews before the company had completed the work, totally fraud

It's been 6 weeks no response , my scaffolding has been up for 6 months, loads of work unfinished

They Dont reply to messages , don't ring back and lie

Please report to trading standards as well

Rubbish work carried out.
Property left damaged and water seeping into cellar.

Five weeks of complaining and still nobody has come to repair the damage.

Not even worth the one star rating.

Had a great experience with eco target. My property's external wall insulation was managed brilliantly by Fatima, she answered any query’s promptly and effectively from start to finish. The builders have done a great job I am very pleased how professionally everything has been done. I will definitely recommend ecotarget to all my friends and anyone lookiing into having a wall insulation done.

Hi I have a great experience with eco target the job was done to a very high standard top quality I have to say Fatima customer service was outstanding and great asset to the company.

My property's external wall insulation was managed by Hardeep and he keeps us informed all the time and he responded to our query in timely manner.
I am happy to recomend Hardeep and team
