I love their products, the best❤️

I made this order on 7 December 2025 and they took the payment for it. I still haven't received the parcel, it as it has been delivered to the wrong pick-up point. I cannot get any response from this company by phone or email despite trying many times.

Order made on 17th November, still awaiting delivery

I've never had a problem with Ecozone before, but my recent experience has left me with a sour taste.

After making my order and having Ecozone charge me for it, I received an email saying they are changing warehouses and won't dispatch it for two weeks (it was over two weeks). I don't know what shop stays open and charges customers whilst unable to serve them (even more so for what are essential items in cleaning products), but you might be able to overlook this if not for what followed.

My parcel was eventually dispatched by DHL eCommerce and was due to be delivered on 12th December and has been sat in storage in an unknown location since that date. This is not directly Ecozone's fault, but it is their choice of courier (and you can read their universally abominable reviews on this website).

So a full month has passed. Ecozone has taken my money. And I've seen no cleaning products of any nature.

When I emailed Ecozone about this situation, I recieved no reply. All this tells you plenty about how Ecozone regard their customers.

Ecozone products are excellenr, and they arrive as promised.

Easy to use website for good quality products.

Good septic tank friendly products and an excellent company to deal with.

Delivered on time, when expected . Pleasant delivery driver.

I love the smell and I’m very pleased with how my wash comes out.

The products are great and effective. I must admit that I purchase when they are on offer, so the price is good. Delivery and packaging are efficient and good. I have used these products for quite a while now and will continue to do so.

I bought dishwasher tablets. Other eco brands don't work as our water is extremely hard. I was very pleasantly surprises as even heavily tea stained mugs come out sparkling without having to pre wash. Very impressed.

Eozone delivered my order promptly and well-packed. I haven't used the washing liquid as yet butthe dehumidifier is working most efficiently and the 'sticks' cleared my bathroom basin outlet and are keeping it clear. Quick run-out and a satisfting gurgle!
I look forward to ordering again.
