Delivered large order on tight deadline, with constant communication
I needed polo shirts with our company logo. We had several styles and sizes sent to us prior to placing order, so we knew exactly what fabric, color, and style we wanted. This was a very good idea. The try-on shirts were returned for a full refund, and we ordered shirts in two separate colors. Company sent mockup of what shirt would look like with logo, and even recommended changing our logo color slightly for more contrast. In the end, we received 70 shirts with very high quality embroidered logos in less than a week for our company's 10th anniversary.
Dealing with strangers can be uncomfortable, but the process went about as smoothly as can be expected.
