Worst broker we ever talked to. Our adviser warned him that we will have godkendelseskrivelse about oil reservoir at the house which we were buying. He at the end didnt communicate to seller on this and they were angry with our adviser on why we had few points after the purchase contract was signed by both parties. The seller cancelled the deal because the broker avised them to not pay for official termination of their oil tank which is usually sellers responsibility and he also told me that seller was angry with our adviser even though they never really spoked to her directly. Now after we almost bought the house, the seller is at the end doing the papers for proper oil tank termination anyway and house is still for sale. Such a bad communication from EDC broker and such a bad advising to the seller from his side. We were about to buy 2 other houses where seller was arranging for oil tank termination papers themselves and they were advised by their broker to do so. The agencies were having much better communication , transparency and objectivity in handling the process compared to EDC broker in Herlev. I think his emotions failed the sale. We even had talked to our bank 2 times also if one of us loses job and still bank told us we can buy the house since we have strong finances at home, but in vain with this house. What a terrible luck we had. I think i will always avoid EDC from now on.

I had a very disappointing experience with a broker from EDC Rødovre. Despite an initially positive impression and clear promises of good service, he proved to be highly unpredictable and unresponsive. The process regarding the sale of my property share was not completed as expected. The agent was out of contact for months when a sale contract had to be made, and on trying to contact him repeatedly with case relevant questions, he would not respond. His response to why did you not reply my messages or emails, would be “I was on vacation” and still continued to disappear after a day or two. I had to call time and again to his colleague to help me with the case and ask what is this real estate agent doing with the case, and this colleague would apologize for the pathetic experience I had with this real estate agent. When the contract was finally made, there were a lot of errors and flaws, though the agent had initially assured that he could prepare the contract easily, and had conviced me that he would make a same contract as a lawyer would make and that I should not ask the lawyer to make the contract. I ended up trusting his confidence but what I experienced after that was not less than a nightmare. He not only tried to charge me extra sum on top of agreed sum, the agent was not experienced enough to make a sale contract, which he initially has convinced me, that he could make. There had to be a lot of back and forth with contract, as he asked another of his colleague to make the contract, who did not know the case very well. My lawyer tried to contact him many times and even she said that it was very annoying how the agent would be completely unresponsive and took so long to prepare a contract, and with many flaws pertaining to the case. When he was asked to correct the flaws in the contract, he got very annoyed and behaved extremely rude. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend his services based on my experience.

We wanted to rent an apartment via EDC in one of the new buildings at Ørestad. The earliest move in date was 2nd April. However, due to termination notice being 3 months, we could first move on 1st of May which is just 1 MONTH DIFFERENCE.

We were told no with a very rude sentiment (this is an exact copy of their reponse)
"Move in is 02.04 we don’t change it.

Will you rent the apartment for this date else I will delete your reservation."

Do not deal with EDC unless you absolutely have to

2022,july There was a agreement about the 6 month saling process,and as we agreed after that if the cannot sale my apartmen,I dont have to pay anything.
But they were still forcing to find buyers,after i sad NO.
And finally after almost 2 years,they want to charge me with some fee by different reasons.
WHere is the "Solgt eller Gratis" attitude?????

We had a terrible experience as sellers with EDC Hellerup. The main problem was the lack of communication, the agent assigned to us was always "too busy" to speak to us. Never answers the phone, never calls back. This should be the basics of this job, customer care is the main element to have a good sale experience and to provide full transparency around the sales process. Basically we sold the house through messages, unacceptable. I would have changed the agency if time would have allowed. Unfortunately we have left the country and that was our only option. I don't recommend to use this agency, very bad and very unprofessional.

The staff has been extremely helpful, kind, and professional, in all stages of the transaction: from the initial presentation of the case, to the management of the negotiations and the post-transaction arrangements. Highly recommended!
