Very good Software and a good guy!

I do not work for the guy so I have nothing to gain by the following. I just think that he and his software deserve a better review than what I just read here quite by accident. I joined this forum for this reason alone so this may be my one and only review here. ( though I am a Top 1000 Reviewer on eBay) and Eddie deserves a fair review...

I downloaded his software this past spring (NO PROBLEM) after reading a CNET review (or similar) and have used it to fix 2 laptops that were virused, and choked with registry errors and broken dll's, old programs that refused to be deleted and both were headed for the computer recycler. Those two computers are back in the hands of 2 of my young grandchildren and they are tickled pink to have them, believe me. THAT ALONE SAVED THEIR GRANDMOTHER AND I ABOUT $800-$1000 IN REPLACEMENT NEW LAPTOPS in today prices, thanks to Eddie Maintenance Utilities.

If I do not buy a new desktop after Christmas to replace the one that acts as the SERVER for our extended family LAN /printer network
(7 Computers, 4 printers and a fax/copier/scanner) I'm going to use EddieMaintenance Utilities to clean it up and put in the new Windows 7, an upgrade from XP. THAT IS A STATEMENT OF TRUST in Eddie Maintenance, not in Windows operating systems.

His software not only works as advertised, it is very well supported by docs and a HELP feature that dumb- down the process for those who need their hand held AND FOR THOSE WHO REALLY DO NOT:
those types are reassured after reading the step-by-step and the FAIL-SAFE warnings before proceeding that this guy KNOWS what he's talking about, there's nothing left to chance after reading the HELP docs for EACH command and that its going to work.

I think that the Utility is under-priced: it is a very valuable disk to have and will save you many hours if not days of frustration restoring your computers to operation.
No, you can't get it on Piratebay.org (yet), its not freeware though at one point it may have been...
Yes, you can do what this Utility Suite does if you know how to manipulate MS- DOS and want to do the homework but MOST PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE THE TIME and that is what the $10 is for, so pay the man, get your software, do what you have to do and get on with your life....

Where is MyMultiTask Utilities Suite I Paid For?

On December 4, I purchased from Ed Jablonowski his MultiTask Utilities Suite for $10. I was to be given information through my e-mail address the URL address in order to be able to download the software. It is now three days later and I have not been given any kind of information as to how to be able to download the software. I have written a number of e-mail letters to his web site with no response. I read another review where this person was having the same problem as I. I hope by contacting PayPal they can find out what the problem is. Until I receive my software, I do not recommend purchasing this product.

WHERE IS MY UTILITY DISK?

10/16: I ordered a utility disk from eddiemaintenance through PayPal. I was not directed to the download site. I sent several emails to the webmaster and customer support, and I have not received a reply nor have I received the ordered disk. This has been very frustrating, as I need the disk for my PC, which is down. THIS MAY BE A FRAUD.
11/03: EddieMaintenance sent me a blank disk. I assume they did not appreciate my review. I have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Kentucky. Please beware of this company. If I receive the "real" utility disk, I'll post a retraction of my review.
