I bought a pair of GUCCI sunglasses 09.03 and I did not hear anything after ordering, I wrote you 2 mails and no reply. The sunglasses was supposed to be delivered before 21.03. I never experienced such a bad service, I want my money back!
Answer: No it said ready to ship within 54 hours, and what didn't you replay to any of my 3 mails? Only here?

Mange tak for dine mails og din anmeldelse her på Trustpilot. De bestilte Gucci solbriller er desværre ikke på lager og har en leveringstid på 4-6 uger. Dette står på hjemmesiden. Derfor har vi også skrevet til dig, at vi udleverer dem til dig senest den 22. april 2020. Som ønsket, har vi dog nu annulleret din ordre, og du får dine pengene tilbage. Du skal være meget velkommen til at ringe eller skrive til os, hvis du har spørgsmål.
Ps. Vi har svaret på dine mails. Måske ligger de i din spam folder. Vi har sendt dig 3 forskellige mails. I alle disse står, at forventet levering er den 22. april. Det står også i din bestillingsbekræftelse, som vi har sendt dig den 10.03.20.

Still waiting for my refund
Still waiting for my refund! Customer service promised me that the amount would be on mu bankaccount today friday or maybe monday but I am not convinced. Hopefully everything will turn out fine. Fingers crossed. Untill then I found them unreliable.

Gave my address wrong to Ups, never received the package or the money back so far. It was not UPS who has the fault as they received 4 random letters address Instead of full address given. Avoid them!
Update: money was returned at least
