Buna ziua,
ne pare tare rau pentru experienta dumneavoastra, rambursul pentru comenzile achitate la livrare, se incheie in mod normal in 7-10 zile. Din pacate, in cazul acesta am intampinat o problema tehnica ca urmare a modificarilor necesare in sistem, si rambursul s-a incheiat cu 2 saptamani mai tarziu.
Returul dumneavoastra a fost confirmat pe 30 iunie, iar pe 29 iulie ati primit confirmarea rambursului de la noi, si din pacate nu ne-ati lasat optiunea de a ne revansa, alaturi de scuzele de rigoare, asa cum avem posibilitatea tehnica de a o face.
Noi va multumim pentru feedback, pentru ca dorim sa ne imbunatatim constant, pentru a va putea oferi servicii de calitate, si speram sa ne revedem totusi cu drag.
Va dorim toate cele bune!
