Mobility with a smile

the experience i have had with this company especially with patrick within the Bootle shop has been delightful, we first went into the shop about 6 months ago where we sat and chatted over our needs and was helped by patrick and ended up purchasing a eden roadmaster, my parter was delighted and after months of being restricted to short trips or the house, she got her life back and was out almost everyday, sadly my health decided to take a downward turn and we realised i too needed a mobility scooter to get around , so we went back to Eden and had yet another friendly chat with Patrick , and we decided that i would have the roadster and my partner would have a brand new one, she picked an orange roadster, although with 20 mins left of the shop being open on a bank holiday monday and the scooter arriving the next day , changed her mind and wanted the Onyx pro, we was expecting this to delay delivery , yet next day that afternoon she took delivery of her scooter a few hours after it was unboxed, although i cant express how helpful patrick was , as he helped sort our insurances etc out, i even took a extended warrenty out on the orig scooter, now when ever we are down that way we often stop by and have a friendly chat,and now we have even started to participate in thier coffee morning and i have no trouble recommending Eden and patrick in particular,if anything this has been the best customer experience i have had to date and im looking forward to visiting them in about 16 months when i will be getting myself a new oynx although im expect we will drop by often during this time anyways

We’re equally delighted that when your own health changed, Patrick was once again there with the same friendly, thoughtful support. From helping you choose the Roadster, to your partner selecting her new orange Roadster — and then changing her mind at the last minute to the Onyx Pro — it’s brilliant to hear that everything still arrived the very next day without delay. That’s the level of service we aim for every time.

It’s also lovely to hear how Patrick helped you sort out insurance and extended warranty, and that you now feel comfortable enough to pop in for a friendly chat whenever you’re passing. The fact that you’ve even started joining the coffee mornings says so much about the relationship you’ve built with the team.

Hi my name is Joanne we visited the eden mobility store in bootle new strand a few days after it opened to be met they a lovely and very friendly assistant named Patrick my partner explained the reason we were there is to help me get from a-b and he was interested in a scooter we sat down and had a lovely chat no rushing no pressure so walked away with scooter went back 6 months later to patrick explaining we then needed a scooter for my partner again lovely chat and help with getting another one we are very happy and since then we have had excellent service from him everytime we are down at strand we always pop in for a chat and a coffee i have even been asked by friends regarding our scooter and they are going down to see patrick a huge THANKYOU Patrick for all your help you have given us.Joanne

Absolute 5 star experience.

We went in to Eden Mobility in Bootle today. We were met by Patrick Clancy. Right from the start he was very very knowledgeable and friendly. Let us explain what we wanted without interruptions. He then went on to show us a variety of chairs to suit our needs. He laid out the pros and cons of each one and left us to choose without any pressure. Even came with us to the car to make sure it would fit in the boot. An absolute gentleman and a huge credit to Eden. Thank you once again.

The service at the shop was terrible.

The service at the shop was excellent. Karen was very friendly and very helpful. The follow up service has been terrible! The automatic message stated that I had been tried to be contacted, which I had not. I was not able to get through to anyone to speak to! I eventually got through to sales and via diversions eventually was told the scooter was due to be delivered the Tuesday after Easter . I then got a call the Thursday before Easter telling me it would be delivered Tuesday morning and I would be contacted half an hour before arrival. I am still waiting and I am still being put through to an automated message telling me they have tried to contact me (which no one has) this is very poor customer support.The mobility scooter was ordered in March 2026

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME THEY HAVE TAKEN…

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME THEY HAVE TAKEN MYMONEY 2500 POUNDS AND LEFT WITH A SCOOTER THAT CAN NOT USE ,
WENT INTO BOOTLE BRANCH MONDAY AND WAS MET BY A LADY WHO SAIDSHE DOSENT WORK FOR EDEN MOBILITY ,
HAD A MESSAGE THEN THURS SAYING THEY ONLY HAVE A WHITE ONE CABIN CAR BUT ONLINE IT STATES RED , BLUE ,GREY ,
IM GETTING CALLED A LIAR BY D AS SAID ITS GREY BUT STILL HAVE MESSAGE ON PHONE
SO THEM AND SNAPI FINANCE
BE WARNED LIKE WITH CARE CO THESE ARE FRANCHISE OWNERS
Edit now come with white second hand old model with a dent in roof , EVEN THOUGH IT STATED ON E MAIL WE ARE NOT BRINGING A WHITE ONE ,DEFINITELY GREY AND BRAND NEW ,
GIVEN UP NOW ,COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME ,EFFORT ,

top service from Karen at Bootle store

I went into the Bootle store today to enquire about a mobility scooter for my grandad. Karen who was there was incredibly helpful. She couldn’t do enough to assist. A credit to Eden Mobility.
