I just want to say how fabulous Larna was, she was very patient and took her time to explain to me all the technicalities of the scooters I was interested in. She offered us a hot drink, which was lovely. She’s an asset to your company and I would definitely recommend Eden Mobility.

Big shout out to Sophia at Eden mobility Derby
Went in to Eden mobility shop in derby needing a spare part for my Nana’s scooter. I didn’t really have any idea about it all but Sophia was brilliant . She knew exactly what I needed after discussing the matter further. She’s was so warm and helpful and we ended up sharing a few stories about our Nana’s. Definitely made me feel at ease and was so polite and friendly. Would 100% recommend popping in for anything you need as nothing is too much trouble. She even offered me a brew which I gladly accepted as it was a miserable cold day.

Friendly, competent service.
We used this lovely little shop in Derby to buy my dad‘s first wheelchair. There is a good selection but it’s not too big to overwhelm. Larna was particularly helpful and supported my parents and us all the way. Highly recommend this friendly, non-pushy service. Brilliant!

When visiting the derby branch of Eden mobility I was unsure on which scooter I would require until I met a young lady called Sophia , I told her what I needed like it had to go into the boot of my car plus something that can take on the everyday challenges that I have.
I tried a few scooters in their shop for size Sophia even aloud me to take the scooter for a run around the streets of Derby which has many challenges with different surfaces when getting back to the shop Sophia explained that with the sale that the shop had there were many offers and great prices that I could can afford.
I finally settled on a correct size .
I was lucky on picking that day to visit the shop, Sophia was so understanding on what I needed.
I feel that I purchased the right scooter .
Great price, performance and very comfortable.
I'm very pleased with the level of service I received from Sophia.
Five stars all the way.
