Fantastic member of staff!
I was looking at the window display outside and recieved fantastic service by Sophia Harris. She came out to speak to me whilst i was looking and sophia went above and beyond, no task or question too big. Shes smiley, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The experience I had today was brilliant I had best help with staff member who serve me that day. I got amazing cushion gel which really helps me so much for my health and more comfort as well. Sophia did amazing job serving me today what was suitable for my needs.

Had a very nice experience buying a walking aid mat our Derby branch. The two ladies Sophia an Caroline were very helpful, and friendly.My visit was to seek information about a walking aid, and they really helped me to make up mind on which product would be right for me. Derby Eden Sophia outstanding service 👍🏻
Working as an enforcement officer in Derby City centre. An elderly man had fallen over in a bank and was struggling to get to the nearby bus station. I called on Derby Eden shop as I know the business well and they have a good reputation. I spoke to Sophia and explained the situation. Sophia said that she didn't have any spare walking aids but could offer a wheelchair to get this man back to the bus station and home.
This was completely unexpected. Sophia pushed the man the short distance and 5 minutes to the bus station. Talking all the time and her care and kind attention to the elderly gentleman was outstanding.
I explained to the gentleman that probably he should need to be looking at a mobility aid anyway and he agreed.
The staff at Eden mobility and on this occasion Sophia are always polite and professional. Quite impressive!
So big thanks for me and the big thanks from the elderly gentlemen also.

Easy cane repair
I brought a cane from here a few years ago and recently it broke (got stuck), Sophia was able to fix it within seconds, was very impressed!

Needed a walking stick, Quick google search and found Eden Mobility in Derby, Sophia was very helpful explaining different canes, and how to set correct length, will recommend to anyone needing mobility aids.

Came into the Derby store last week and met a super young woman called Sophia who has just started. She sold me a mobility scooter that fitted my needs. Returned the day after delivery as it was faulty. She dealt with this straight away and resolved this for me straight away with a replacement. This has helped me greatly along with Paul who was there to assist virtually.
