Took my mum for a mobility scooter today and they was ever so help and very friendly and my struggles with breathing problems and the lovely lady who saw to my mum was absolutely brilliant so lovely with her and my mum got the phone call when she came home to arrange delivery of her new scooter she is so happy 😊

Thanks to Tony for looking after my Dad and providing him with a new light weight walker. Much better then his current one and he is getting around much easier. This will help him be more independent. Friendly service!

Tony and paula
Tony and paula were so helpful in my dealings with them in the shop today. I decided to trade in my chair for a lightweight model, I was shown several options and after test running one that was my choice.
They showed how to fold the chair and how to remove the battery if needed.
My chair will be delivered to my house which was a bonus I wasn't expecting
Having used the shop for the second time I will always use this shop and recommend it to friends and family.

I went into the Hull branch on 9.5.25…
I went into the Hull branch on 9.5.25 with my father with a view to buying a mobility scooter. Our intentions were to visit several shops to get an idea what might be best for my father. Our first stop was Eden mobility on Hessle Road Hull and we had no need to go any further.
I would like to say a massive thank you to Tony and Tom for their help ,professionalism and knowledge.
They listened to what we wanted advised us when we were not sure of anything.
