Excellent customer service and put my father at ease.We tried 3 scooters in the end before settling on one which will now be demoted at the bungalow. Would definitely recommend as a great place to buy a scooter or chair. Regards John

Staff took the stress away!
Caroline and Gail at Eden Mobility, Matlock were fantastic with my parents and took the stress away!
My mum (79) was looking for a rollator after her stroke and my dad (83) was after a light wheelchair to push her in. Dad was agitated and a bit confused and I was trying to sort them both at the same time.
Caroline and Gail quickly noticed the situation and took control pleasantly and swiftly, offering chairs and cups of tea all round! We were calmly shown a variety of products and tested them thoroughly, to my dad's delight, and ended up with two very happy customers and one chilled out daughter.
Thank you so much both for your expertise and kindness.
I must remember to pop in and pick up the old wheelchair that they kindly held onto as it didn't fit in my car with the 2 new items!

Riley at Matlock mobility shop …
Would like to say a massive thankyou for Riley at the mobility shop in Matlock he was very helpful kind considerat supported my mum with her needs to purchase a mobility scooter he didn't pressure my into buying it straight away gave my mum chance to think about it .
Riley was very kind patient shown empathy in customer care clearly understands the products he is selling he was very thorough with demonstrating how to use mobility scooters .
Thankyou Riley my mum is now enjoying more independence using a mobility scooter thankyou so much.
