My mum’s breaks on her rollator had…
My mum’s breaks on her rollator had become loose so I took it into an Eden Mobility in Selby, where the extremely helpful and delightful Jacob Walker adjusted them for me. He also showed me how to adjust them myself incase it happened agin in the future this was an even better experience as we haven’t even bought it from them. I would definitely recommend this company

What a very polite helpfully knowledgeable professional young man. He pulled out all the stops to demonstrate all the differences between the recliners. Showing me the difference between one motor and what it could do. Which changed my mind on which chair I was going to purchase. He then continued to pull out all the chairs getting me to check things like were my feet and neck would be when chair reclined. He did not rush me or pressure me, he couldn’t have been more helpful. I purchased the recliner.
Thank you Jacob I can’t wait for my chair to be delivered.

Jacob is a very polite and courteous salesman. He has served me twice and the second time about a rise and recline chair. He is still tackling the rather problematic technology around selling something but this is in regard to the technology not working well rather than Jacob not competent. It would be great if Eden Mobility could sort it out for him. The previous very experienced manager had the same problems.

Called into the Selby shop today for a mobility scooter. Lesley was so helpful and friendly, no pressure to buy. Very knowledgeable of the different scooters and happy to answer all our questions.
