We visited the St Helens store a couple of weeks ago and received some great advice on walking sticks. We called in this morning and Stephen was exceptionally helpful and we bought a stick which will be perfect for my husband. Great service and so very friendly, thank you so much.

The customer service representative at the St.Helens store, who was called Joe, was exceptional. His knowledge about products was fantastic, he was so helpful and patient and exceptionally warm and friendly. I would highly recommend!

I popped in the store today with my Father and were greeted by Tom & Joe.

I haven’t been to town for a while…
I haven’t been to town for a while because of my health, so was very surprised to find a new mobility shop. I had a look around and had a lovely chat with the girls who invited me to coffee morning! Now I have an excuse to come to town every Tuesday!

I popped into the store yesterday to enquire about a wheelchair for my mother. Chloe and Teela were so helpful and answered all my questions, nothing was too much trouble for them. I couldn’t make my mind up so they suggested I bring my mother in to try them out. I will definitely be back to buy from them!
