Id give this place a 0 star if I could, It seems every single time my loan payment comes out the day after it's supposed to due to the day I pay falling on a weekend they call saying my bill was never paid.. this has been happening for almost a year and they still call harassing us and don't seem to believe us when we say our banking statements say otherwise.. do yourself a solid favor and don't ever get a loan from this company.

This company is horrible, when I got my vehicle in march 2023, the dealer promised it by a certain date, date came and went, dealer said it needed extra repairs, so I contacted another dealer as I wasn’t happy with the current situation, the new dealership contacted EdenPark to get me out of the contract I had signed and get me into a vehicle that day, EdenPark refused to cancel the contract even though I didn’t even have possession of the vehicle, over 2 weeks later I received the vehicle, having already paid the first payment before even receiving the vehicle. There excuse was that they had already issued payment to the dealership and it wasn’t able to be cancelled. Why would a finance company issue a payment for something I didn’t even have possession of is beyond logic. Anyway fast forward 18 months later, the engine and transmission go, to replace both its over $10K, on a 2017 ford escape that’s not even worth $10K, yet I still own over $21K…. So gave them 10 days to cancel or come retrieve the piece of junk, or I go to court. We shall see!!!

Horrible people, my care was written if back in November, my main insurance and gap insurance paid them what should have been the total payout. I am still making biweekly payments well into March for some reason. And noone at the company can tell me why I still owe after my insurance should have cleared my debt.

Awful customer service. No wonder this company has an F rating on the BBB report

After ordering good clothing 4 times in two years, the last order needed to return one duplicate. So I proceeded to the return procedures ( one process for Europe and another for Canada USA).
Wrote one email seeking guidance.
Unanswered
Next email to different Eden Park address. Unanswered.
Third email to another address, this one for complaints. Unanswered.

High price for really low quality. Poor stitching, cloth that rips. These are clothing for show, not wear. Bought from them thrice, never again.

It would be easier to order a rocket launcher than a sleeveless jacket from Eden Park.

appalling delivery and customer service; I placed an order over a month ago and still haven't received it; I contacted customer service on numerous occasions for a refund or a re-shipment of my order: nothing; they've been lying to me and going around in circles ever since; really to avoid as company
