Liza was fantastic throughout the whole…

Liza was fantastic throughout the whole process she was clear and committed throughout making me feel safe and understood.
With follow up calls and emails
My problem was resolved with out any stress and I had my gas back on with in the day only with the help from liza so thank you for an amazing job. Great customer service from her she also sent my card the correct way with the money owed I was chasing and checked everything worked so I wouldn’t be with out.

Customer service experience - Rem

Rem was really helpful in answering all my questions and took the corrective decision to resolve my queries. All the queries raised to her were actioned and hopefully will be resolved in few weeks time

Switching has not been hassle free

So far the switching experience has been very disappointing. Lots of things discussed in initial call not happened or set up correctly. Disappointed I have had to contact you twice to resolve matters.
After promised call backs etc, not happening, when I originally wanted to switch I should have seen those as a red flag and walked away..🤦🤦
