On more than one occasion
On more than one occasion, a computer problem has put a stop to our production and every time edge has had me back up and running quickly. I trust them completely with all of my IT needs and having them provider our IT allows me the time to run my company.

Efficient service
I work for a 45 person organization and we love having Mark and his team as our IT partners there! They are fast to reply to our emails and pick up calls. They are professional to work with and give great service with insight when we've needed their help with multiple locations in different time zones. Tony, is a delight to work with!! He is super efficient and fast to respond!

Lightning Fast
They are always lightning-fast to respond to any IT issue that we experience. Whenever I am on the phone with them I can tell how much value they place on customer satisfaction.
