Product delivered on time in France. But it was not the right product !! Too bad. And 6 days later still not any information from edgeriders despite 3 e-mails. Not possible to reach them on the phone as they do not provide tel number information on their website. Not acceptable.

Even a delivery to France with free shipping, the delivery was fast. Costumer support was also very efficient . So in 1 word : perfect

Had to pick up from depot.

Not necessarily your fault however the courier used has so far been awful, twice now delivery has been attempted, whilst i waited for them, with no communication what so ever from the courier.

Over the past year I have brought a new snowboard bindings & Helmet for myself & every time the guys have been fantastic. I have also taken the board for a service before my trip to Austria & also brought new boots for my Girlfriend. I can't fault them.........now how about a nice discount voucher so I can come back.
