Delivery disaster
The day they were meant to deliver the driver said he couldn't find where (though a quick google maps search would have solved the issue in seconds). They didn't bother to call. When contacted they indicated that the item will be delivered 5 days later, when it would have been too late. Even though we instructed them to not deliver and offer a refund they still delivered the item to a person who has nothing to do with us and are now saying that this was accepted.
By way of reply you indicated that delivery was going to be done the Tuesday after and not the day after by the time it would have been too late. Only than I asked if i can change the delivery address in which you replied that the choice is to drive an hour away and collect it myself...nonetheless you are not helpful and decided to do the delivery anyway after I clearly instructed not to do it ending up in and EUR80 loss because of your inaction. Anyway, I won't be wasting more of my and your time on the matter here, but you will hear (or won't hear anymore) from my company!

Dear Customer,
I'm sorry to read this review, but I feel compelled to respond because what you wrote isn't true.
You placed your order on April 1st, and on April 2nd, the shipment was already on its way, but it was held up because you didn't provide the complete address.
After you contacted Ediliamo via WhatsApp, we pointed out that it's not enough to write the company name; you need to specify the full address, including street and house number.
We finally got the address from you and were able to reschedule the delivery for the next day, but... you immediately changed your mind and requested delivery to another location, and in the meantime, the courier delivered (April 8th).
It should be noted that Easter holidays occurred in the meantime.
Therefore, you can't hold Ediliamo or the courier entirely responsible if you don't even know that the delivery address is required.
