A - small - order couldn't find it's way to me and was returned to sender. But at Editor's Keys, they retried delivery twice, and with success. Impressed with swiftness of replies, being able to speak to a real person and the fact they treated a 35 euro order like it was precious cargo. Very pleased!

I purchased a set that included both a stand and a vocal booth, but only received the stand. After reaching out to Editor's Keys, they insisted both items had been delivered, despite the fact that the vocal booth was missing. Numerous follow-up messages from me went unanswered, leaving me with a stand that serves no purpose without the booth. Potential buyers, be cautious! Update: Following my review, the issue was promptly addressed. Much appreciated!

I still use my old iMac and its Editor Keys cover with the added 10-Key for use with Pro Tools.

But now, I am still adapting to my new MacBook Air laptop which doesn't avail the 10-Key capability for my use with Pro Tools 2025.6.0.

Nevertheless, I do intend to buy another Mac Keyboard Cover for my external Apple Magic 10-Key Keyboard. Definitely Easier (for me).

I bought M2 Macbook Pro overlays for Logic Pro and Davinci Resolve. They are AWESOME! Within moments of using them I was finding and using keyboard shortcuts I didn't previously know existed.

The product itself is really well made, fits perfectly, feels good under my fingers, and has almost no impact on typing accuracy or errors.

I've used a wireless Premiere Pro keyboard from Editors Keys for 2 years, well made, looks great and useful to find the odd shortcut I can't remember. Connection is always great to my Mac too. Cleaning my desk I clattered the base and broke one of the feet of keyboard. I couldn't find a replacement online so I emailed Editors Keys to see if I could buy one from them. The Founder Mark Brown replied instantly and asked for a photo of the underside of my keyboard and then, free of charge, sent out two new feet! I would have happily paid but it was all sorted in a couple of days. Brilliant service. I have recommended editors Keys to my friends in the editing industry and they also love their keyboards, I would highly recommend this company with great products and fantastic customer service.

Top notch customer service. I had an issue with a broken key on my cubase keyboard. They were able to send me a replacement and voila! I managed to get it fixed. This was such a great help.

The keyboard arrived quickly and worked exactly like advertised. I was amazed at how easy it is to see the details on each key with the backlighting. Also, the shortcuts I use infrequently are simply there on the keyboard, which speeds up editing.

This is the third set of keyboard covers I've bought from Editors Keys. Good quality covers, easily cleaned, and really, really helpful with learning shortcuts and speeding up workflow! Also good for reminding you of lesser used features in your program!

Where do I Start. This company goes over and above to help there customers people, trust me. I had a issue with my FL Keyboard that I purchased from Editors keys and I contacted the team regarding the issue. Not only did The main Man Mark Brown sort the issue. I was granted with a fantastic gift for the small issue. I would like to say a massive Thank you to Mark Brown and the Editors keys Team for you fantastic customer service and quick response. THE simplest setup you'll ever imagine. From opening to box to recording in garage band took me about 15 minutes. Pretty remarkable. I called my friend and told her she had to get one, the sounds quality is incredible and it's the most convenient set-up on the market. WOW!!!!! I absolutely love it!

I bought the stand and vocal booth combination. Only the stand was delivered. I wrote to Editor's Keys, and I received a response telling me it was delivered when, in fact, only the stand arrived. I have written numerous times to get this worked out. They do not reply and do not seem interested in helping a repeat customer. Right now, I have a stand I cannot use for anything and no vocal booth. Buyer Beware!

I recently bought SH-10 DJ Headphone from an Editors Keys, and it's fantastic. The sound quality is top notch, it feels strong, and their customer service is excellent, Highly recommended it for music lovers.

i really love my new keyboard. i like to work in the dark (like a weirdo) so its nice being able to see my keys properly after years of avoiding backlit keyboards. My one is geared towards protools and i love the extra features like the power switch! i'm very glad i chose to upgrade.

While there were some serious issues with the shipper, Mark responded quickly and was right on it.

Keyboard itself is excellent quality and an extremely useful visual indicator for editing. The customer service is also fantastic! I spilt coffee on my keyboard so took the keys off to give it a clean. In the process of putting them back I lost one of the keys. I contacted Editor Keys and received an email back within a couple of hours. When I explained my issue Lucian very kindly sent me out a replacement key that day! How refreshing to experience a company that value their customers enough to go out of their way to help you with something that wasn't their fault. Thank you guys!!
