Be careful with what you sign - Monopol makes arrogant
I can only agree on bad experience when it comes to contracts. Be aware when you sign for your business, editus has different versions of contract - those with a fixed end for a year and then the one with automatic renewal after a year - they really push hard on this one, and will do year after year (and I understand now even better why). At renewal stage they made the last 7 years "oups errors" where on the last page with electronical signature then is written automatic renewal even if you have asked differently . So yes clients need to be careful but editus being pushy and those annual "oups errors" can lead to that you sign the annual one... that approach smells fishy. Then worse - if you subscribe for a year and close your activity (that you do not know always one year ahead....) they will invoice you the full contract without any possibility of reducing the amount to pay (note even not a commercial gesture- I never asked for full annulation) - NOTE OTHER COMPANIES DO REDUCE AS THEY HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING OF GOOD AND FAIR BUSINESS (without talking about the really not friendly way of communicating - polite yes but not answering on your questions and - Last and not a bad one neither, they threat to keep your business information open on editus as you are still under contract even though you are out of activity - what about GDP ? Conclusion : Editus Lux uses and misuses its Monopol. So be careful what you sign and be not surprised to have a new client relation contact every year...
