Terrible. Didn’t do anything with the P45 I gave, ignored me when I said I was being taxed wrong, gave me an incorrect P60 at the end of the year and ended up with a tax bill due to their error. No apology at all, only being told I know nothing and that everything was correct (which it wasn’t).
2020 - Still absolutely useless. After having to sort my tax code out myself and try and unmess what they messed up. HMRC changed my tax code for this new tax year. YET AGAIN Edmonds have messed up and sent me a payslip with the wrong tax code! Clearly they haven’t learnt anything from two years ago!
