I have been trying to contact this group for many weeks to cancel my payments. The payment simply continues. I cancelled through the website and received automated emails saying within 24 hours. Still being charge. Will be taking further action.

I note that many people have experienced the problem I also had with this company regarding repeated unauthorised payments even after you've cancelled your card. This company (in my case) had something called a VAU token - this stands for Visa Account Updater. The only way to stop them getting your new card details is to contact your bank and formally instruct them to cancel and revoke the recurring payment mandate/ VAU token for the Educational App store and state you do not authorise future payments.

I am having the same problem. I keep getting charged after cancelling multiple times. I have also cancelled my credit card and they somehow find the new number and charge me again. I've tried to contact them and they don't respond. SCAM!

The Educational App Store is my go-to place before downloading any learning app. They test everything, so I don’t have to worry about ads or useless apps. The categories (like AI tools, free apps, and games) make searching simple. It’s clear they care about real learning, not just promotions. Big thumbs up!

This company is dishonest. They have been fraudulently charging my credit card for YEARS without me noticing and despite me previously cancelling. Their scam when I cancelled is to say “we will send a confirmation email in 24hours” then never send this and continue charging (yes, I know I should have checked). I am now forced to cancel my credit card as I can’t stop them charging me. They do not respond to emails or provide a contact number. Scam scam scam!! Stay away. Learnt my lesson. Only ever buy apps on App Store!

Don't deserve any stars that I have not committed to them taking payments and they have since 2022 absolutely livid and I want a refund as this is fraud!

Hannah provided a step by step process, and made herself available when I reached out to her over the next couple of weeks. Overall, it would've taken so much longer without their assistance to find the right app. Thanks again.

I have cancelled my subscription on their website many times, always says I will get an email within 24 hours and I never do.
I emailed them several times with no answer.
They have been taking money for 18 months from my account without my approval.
I had to cancel my bank card now and will be reporting them.

In a world of many app options, it was nice to be able to explain our needs and Education app store did the legwork. While I had done some research on my own and used few, this website narrowed down our options to 3 apps that might serve our needs. We ended up choosing 1 of the 3 and are in the process of using it now.

Have been charged over 14 months 2 charges of £4.99 per month, with no recollection of signing up to anything, no email communication from them over the above period and no way of cancelling the subscription! I had to tell my credit card company to block them from charging me any more. I have emailled but so far have not received ANY response. Shocking! UPDATE: As of today, the 13th of October 2024, over A MONTH after submitting the review and ALMOST A MONTH after being promised it would be looked in to, here I am without anyone helping me. The only reason they are not charging my credit card any more is because I blocked them from it.
**UPDATE** And here we are on the 31ST OF OCTOBER!! with nobody having helped me. The message below that someone would be in touch is rubbish, as that's basically the last I heard of them.
Don't say you were not warned!!

I find this resource to be excellent. It’s made it easy to find effective educational apps that fit my needs.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I’ve tried to cancel several times, yet they still take money off me. I’ve left my job with my old work email address being cancelled and I’m still being charged every month.
DON’T USE THIS SITE.

This website helped me narrow the field of special needs apps I needed to review significantly, saving me valuable time researching and watching demos. They were professional, kind, and very responsive.

IS A SCAM! I SENT SEVERAL E-MAILS TO CANCEL THIS APP, BUT THEY STILL CHARGING ME. HANNAH CONTACTED ME AND SAID, "The account has been cancelled and all details have been removed from our database to avoid any further charges." GUESS WHAT? THEY CHARGED ME TODAY AGAIN! DON'T USE IT. THEY ARE THIEVES.

Scam alert - take payments after repeatedly cancelling. Promised refunds several times but nothing ever received. A pure racket.
Update - Response says I've been contacted but I haven't had any contact in weeks.

taken money from my account without using their services - no reply whatsoever after 6 months. am now having to dispute it with my bank. VERY untrustworthy company.
