Needed advice on EHCP, delays by the Local Authority , social care, 2:1 support in school and other various queries. Initial letters sent out to LA which had an impact as LA seemed to move after getting the letter. Although they didn’t response directly to the legal team.

Didn’t even realise that the EHCP had not been finalised, until I got the lovely Sarah Woosey involved. she is a excellent , clear communicator who provides practical advice and offers an outcome that will in fact, help your child. She gave me a break from dealing with all these things for a short time when i felt like I couldn’t cope.

Legal Advice spot on however it’s a shame that the local authority don’t want to resolve things and prefer tribunal approach.
