We have an issue we are hoping doesn't become wide spread with the right hinge. It seems to catch. So far 2 sent in were covered by warranty. We are hoping we don't see a rash of them.
We like the cost and flip to tablet mode. They have held up well as a 1:1 device that students take home.

We really appreciate the features in our laptop cart. Although we generally do not move our cart much the sturdy casters and handle are really tough just like the entire unit. The hideaway tambour doors are especially nice replacing doors that stick out while the unit is opened. We have all of our power cords neatly organized in the back and the slots for individual devices make it easy for the kids to return and plug them in when finished. The unit is very sturdy and the alternating power charger is nice too.

Good quality

Good quality, great price point. Like that they have removable batteries. That has been the biggest issue with other models of Chromebooks. They have a very easy RMA process.
