Mark came out today and cleaned stairs landing, 3 seater sofa and a 2 seater sofa, I arranged this for my mum and she was really pleased, Mark was lovely and the job was done to a very good standard the proof was in the pudding with the brown water that came from all the above, great price too

Awful conpany. Booked an appointment. Messaged to say they weren’t going to make it and gave me a two hour window. Explained I needed to change my plans to accommodate. Waited for two hours. Chased them up and was told their person had knocked but left as no one answered. My car was on the drive and when I asked why they didn’t ring seeing as they had been contacting me by phone the man accused me of being rude and hung up. I was upset not rude. My day was messed up and I lost out on my wages due to waiting in. Also the most expensive which I didn’t mind paying for a good service. None of which happened. Have never left a review before for any company. Feel very upset by my experience.

Had our downstairs carpet, stairs and landing carpets cleaned. The carpets looked really good afterwards. There was an old pinky-red paint stain on our cream carpet and was informed by Dave in the initial consultation that it could be removed. A different person from the company turned up to clean on the day and didn't pay much care or attention to the stain so it didn't look any different by the end of the clean. However, when we got back in touch about this, Dave came back to do a proper job and he was brilliant! He took time and effort and did an amazing job resulting in getting the stain out. Dave is an absolute asset to the company.
