Spoke to Archie on the phone and talked through our requirement and he gave me the confidence if the part was not right he would get it sorted. Winder arrived next day and with his instructions tennis net was sorted. Will certainly be using again. Thank you

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. (Kerry?). When I had to return the tennis net which had been delivered ( I had not realised that my court was a non standard width) the matter - including a new bespoke net - was dealt with great efficiency.

The description of the product did not specify that the product was for grass courts, were photographed on grass but not clear that it was not for other court surfaces. Called several times and left messages and was told someone would call back and they never did. Finally had to find a solution ourself by getting the product adapted. I manage a large tennis club.

The Wimbledon-style single sticks have a spike on the bottom, so they're only suitable for grass courts. Thank you for your feedback on this.
