Ordered a range of products in good faith (having mistakenly thought it was EDWIN)

All products incorrectly sized or faulty, which according to their policy warrants a replacement, but have yet to see 6 months later

Avoid!!!

It’s not possible to give zero!

The products were incredibly poor quality and not as described.

Trying to get a refund (in line with trading standards laws) was impossible. They made multiple final offers starting at 10%, 20% and so on.

I had to make a claim with my credit card company at which point they claimed to make a refund but this did not appear. I did receive a refund from my card provider.

Avoid this company at all costs it’s really not worth it.

I’m giving this scam one star because I’m not allowed to give zero. Do not get conned by these fraudsters.

Dreadful quality goods and now I can see how difficult it is to deal with the company for a refund it is clear they are scammers.

This company is a fraud, not a closing down sale. Items shipped from China, they are not as advertised on their website, but cheap, poorly made, copies.

Rip off! Bought a "cashmere" sweater. Responded to sell off of goods due to move to the north of England. Goods arrived - no invoice, no order number. Sleeves too short and it certainly wasn't cashmere. Contacted another company called Edwins in Spitalfields, London - not the same shop, so there is no way to return the goods. Please don't waste your money!

Items are cheap rubbish, not true to size and definitely not cashmere as described. Returns are to China - despite all of their marketing and branding leading you to believe they are a London based company. Total disgrace.

Do not buy from this company!, total scam!, all goods sent do not resemble what you order!, they tell you clothing is from a shop closing in London called Edwins when edwins doesnt actually exist at all!, they use this ploy just to lure you to buy!, please dont waste your time or money!, i have requested a chargeback via my bank due to the poor quality goods that were sent from china!!!!🤮

I echo all of the comments below this is a total SCAN DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. quality worse than you get from a market, no labels and the sizing is all wrong. the closths came at different times and weeks after the order was placed. there is no shop in London as they advertise

Total scam.
Not based in London, send you really cheap flimsy products, no labels, no order number recipe or invoice so you can't claim anything back and then refuse to refund knowing you can't do anything.
Total scam company, do not buy anything from here

Return policy is poor. All returns have to go to China. Avoid at all cost. If I had known this I would not have purchased it

Seemed like a good deal, but awful quality product - nothing like the website - and impossible to return. It's a scam. Avoid.

Absolute Scam…the company doesn’t exist, the store doesn’t exist and the closing down sale is just made up.

The location link is disabled and the reviews don’t exist. 1000s of people have been scammed here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Edwin’s is a fraudulent company preying on unsuspecting customers. They send low-quality, unbranded garbage that looks nothing like the advertised products. The materials are so cheap they wouldn’t even make decent cleaning rags. There’s no refund policy because they know their products are trash. This is a straight-up scam—do yourself a favor and stay away. If you’ve already been tricked, initiate a chargeback immediately!

Complete FRAUD! they sent me a product that has nothing to do with the one advertised.
They offer a return but the buyer has to pay the courier costs to CHINA!!! absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely dreadful fake company. Advertising leads you to believe business is London based but it becomes clear after ordering that it is based in China. Ordered goods take weeks to arrive and are of poor quality. Sizing is ridiculous and boots described and advertised as handmade premium leather are mass produced and are made from synthetic materials - brazen customer misrepresentation. Requests for refunds are fobbed off so raise a dispute via your credit card company to obtain a deserved refund

Edwins London, DONT BUY from this company. You will within a hour of purchasing your clothes receive contract that your order has been processed and a Tracking number for 57tracker sent to you and you are so pleased, then you wait a few days and no movement on the tracker , you start to email Edwin’s and they keep sending you reassuring email that your items out for delivery it just delayed due to high demand. Then when you dig deeper you find out that the company not even a recognised company on Companies House. They say they are a British company but other reviews say they are a Chinese company portraying to be England. They have moved out of London to Manchester because London is to much of a competitive market, then you see their stores on FB and you think you got it all wrong until you google map the company and the ONLY THING that is showing is a different clothing store in Shoreditch London called Edwin.
They use 57track.com is used as part of a bigger scamming organisation service provided by Edwin’s London. A 57tracking will number is sent to you by Edwin’s London. Every day input your number into there search bar and there will be be no up date information. That’s because 57track courier service is part of a scam purchasing service set up by Edwin’s London, that are China based and use the Union Jack flag to convince you they that they are an legitimate, honest, trustworthy company, all lies. Don’t buy not even with a credit card.

As others have said, takes weeks to arrive and quality is very poor. Save your money.

Wow.....so disappointed !
Items took over three weeks to arrive. Quality / sizing NOT as advertised. I wish I had checked them out before wasting £90 !!
Based on my experience I CANNOT recommend that you order from this business.
