Eeguriro: A Shipping Nightmare That Left Me Feeling DefeatedI'm writing this review because I…

I'm writing this review because I honestly feel like I need to vent. My experience with Eeguriro was so frustrating, it left me feeling completely defeated. First, the delays were ridiculous. My package took forever to arrive, and every time I tried to get an update from customer service, I was met with vague excuses and unhelpful responses. I felt like I was talking to a brick wall.

Then, out of the blue, I get a text message saying my package suddenly weighed more and that I owed them extra money. I was completely blindsided! They shipped my package without even asking me if it was okay to proceed with the extra charges. It felt like a sneaky way to get more money out of me.

And don't even get me started on their customer service. They were so unhelpful and dismissive. It felt like they didn't care about my concerns at all.

Honestly, the whole experience was a nightmare. I feel like Eeguriro just doesn't care about their customers. If you're considering using them, please, please reconsider. You're better off finding a more reliable shipping company.

I hope this review helps someone else avoid the frustration and disappointment I experienced.

Absolutely Terrible Service and Experience

I strongly advise against using this platform for your shipments. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I spent a significant amount of money to have a package delivered, only to encounter endless complications, hidden charges, and shockingly unprofessional customer care.
First, the package took over a month and a half to arrive, and during this time, I was given vague, unhelpful responses every time I contacted customer support. The staff seemed completely uninformed and unwilling to assist. When the package was finally “ready” for shipment, I received a text message claiming that the package’s weight had magically increased an excuse to charge me additional fees.
Worse still, they shipped it without my consent.
“Consent” means obtaining clear, informed, and voluntary agreement before taking action especially when it involves someone’s money or property. A text message notifying me of additional charges after the fact is not consent.

These fools have no idea how it works.
What’s worse, none of their excuses about price hikes or weight changes were stipulated anywhere on their platform or policies. It’s a blatant trap to exploit customers, and their lack of transparency and professionalism only confirms how unfit they are to operate.

There was no transparency about these extra costs upfront, and no apology or explanation was ever offered for the delays or the price hike. When I tried to voice my concerns, I was met with dismissive attitudes, misinformation, and zero accountability. Their so-called “customer care” team displayed an alarming lack of basic professionalism and empathy, making an already frustrating situation unbearable.

This organization is reckless, untrustworthy, and entirely unfit to handle any form of business. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this platform. They’ve turned what should be a straightforward process into an expensive and infuriating ordeal.

Do not trust them with your shipments. They are nothing but a disaster waiting to happen.

The mentioned waiting period matches the exact same period, the people who communicate product delivery updates are nice, i highly recommend this platform.
