Unprofessional Company and Service

They're unprofessional! Tried working with customer service over a small request and was given a pitiful option. Emails were slightly rude and un named which looks shady. It seems like a garage business with one worker as he also responded to my review on the only place i could find to leave one and also proceeded to try to make it appear like i was lying. Definitely not the way to go about business. Also ignored my request for returning what I ordered. Real TOP notch BAD company! Socks are soft but they shrink and have threads from the lettering that get caught in your toes which gets very annoying. Poor customer service as well. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else.
