Had Batteries installed as part of the Wiltshire SOLAR TOGETHER SCHEME.
Brilliant Service right from the start with Dave the surveyor giving clear concise advice on the installation process.
This was followed by a seamless installation of two batteries and associated equipment by Nathan who worked to a high standard and was very pleasant to have onboard
On completion I was given a good handover and all my questions answered thoroughly,
Not to mention the office staff who were always very proactive and friendly to deal with.
Top marks all round and I would certainly recommend EE Renewables.

Recently had solar panels and a battery installed as part of the Solar Together scheme in Wiltshire, really happy with the entire process end to end. EE Renewables were always helpful when I contacted them and happy to make adjustments to the install to fit my requirements. The install itself was carried out quickly and to a high standard, highly recommended.

100% would recommend. Secured a quotation via Wiltshire Solar Together. Process was very efficient and friendly - answered all my questions and more. Installation was very efficient - Nathan, Carl and Bobby, despite being almost washed away by the torrential rain, were friendly and upbeat and very informative, oh and also very tidy. Looking forward now for the sun to shine so we can generate some electricity .

We've recently had panels and a battery installed by EE Renewables via the Wiltshire Solar Together group-buying scheme. From the office staff (Beth) to the surveyor (Dave) to the installers, the whole process was seamless and easy.
The installation team deserve a particular mention for working solidly on a horrible wet day to get the job done. So thanks Nathan, Carl and Bobby. Hope you dried out ok.

We finally decided to go for Solar Power with Battery and we chose EE Renewables. They were part of the ‘Solar Together Project Wiltshire’.
After an initial roof survey, we were contacted by the EE office staff and arranged a date and time for the installation.
Day 1 Scaffolding arrived on time.
Day 2 We were greeted by Nathan our electrician, who was very smart and polite. He explained what and where things were going and answered all my questions.
Later the solar panel installers arrived and got on with the job straight away. The whole job went according to plan. Everybody had cleaned up and it was a professional job all round.
Thank you EER! I will have no problem in recommending your company for doing a First Class Job, especial as the whole process was completed within 2 weeks.

EE Renewables fitted solar panels & a battery three years ago. The installation was spot on and the aftersales service second to none. I have rung for advice on a few occasions. There is no hanging on and always so helpful. Rang this morning for advice on my battery settings. Fifteen minutes later it was all explained and they even sent me a link to a video on how to proceed in the future. Cannot fault that.

I have been really Impressed by the organisation and efficiency of the company throughout the whole process. The office staff were friendly, prompt and helpful when setting everything up. The roofing engineers who who installed the panels were similarly helpful and speedy in what they got done, completing it by early afternoon and especial thanks to the electrical engineer who, despite encountering problems due to the position of meters and access was brilliant!

I am the Salisbury City and Wiltshire Councillor for St Edmunds Ward in Salisbury (Lib Dem). I decided to take part in the Solar Together project supported by Swindon Borough Council and Wiltshire Council. The service from the staff at EE Renewables has been outstanding. The stages were very simple and straight-forward. Pay the £150 deposit, have the property surveyed, accept the recommendations, change to a better electricity supplier (Octopus), sign the order, pay the 25% deposit, book the scaffolding, book the installation, turn on the system, remove the scaffolding and fill in the paperwork. We have been watching (with a growing sense of excitement) the online monitoring app showing us how the system is performing day-by-day, hour by hour. We are thinking much more carefully about how and when we use electricity from the grid (hardly any). We are trying to maximise the use of domestic equipment (mainly electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, shower etc) during periods when the Solar Panels are producing most surplus energy. It's great to be able to see how much carbon dioxide we are saving the planet. It has been a great experience dealing with the staff at EE Renewables. I am also very happy to endorse the Solar Together project to everyone who is thinking of installing solar panels in St Edmunds Ward. A 200% excellent experience from start to finish! My experience is that EE Renewables are always at the end of the phone or email when help or advice is needed. Issues are dealt with quickly.
Friendly and helpful staff. It’s refreshing to have great customer services.

Verity has been very responsive and patient in dealing with my queries over quite a period of time. I could not have asked for better support from your office, and nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent installation and aftersales service

Doug and Bobby came to do maintenence today on behalf of our solar company as we have had a leak under the panels when it rains. I just want to congratulate them on excellent service. Really went to great lengths to check everythibg and fix issues showing us photos and ensuring it was all conpleted properly. They kept us informed throughout. Took shoes off etc. well done. Very decent thorough work. Also our solar provider has outsourced maintenance to this company. They didn’t tell us so at first we were very confused and a little suspicious. EE Renewables remained patient and professional as we had to check out what was happening with our provider. They explained everything in detail where our provider had failed to. Excellent work.

EE kept us promptly informed during the installation of our panels both before the installation and afterwards. They were excellent at liaising with third parties on our behalf. On the day of installation the team were very efficient and in particular the electrical engineer worked very hard and was very helpful.

EE are brilliant! Like some other reviewers I had a bad experience with another company. EE were asked to came in to put everything right which they did. Everything is up and running now. All the EE staff that we talked to or met were professional, efficient and friendly. They also explained the process very clearly and patiently and did what they said they were going to do. We definitely recommend them.

I cannot recommend EE Renewables enough! Our solar panel journey started 18 months ago. The installation was with another company that installed it so poorly and then went into liquidation. It took a while before the issue was sorted, and EE Renewables were proposed to do the remedial work, make good the installation and install the battery, which was originally meant to be installed by the previous company.
From the beginning, one could tell this was a professional, well-run outfit, from the interaction with the office technical staff to the work. They are pleasant, informative, responsive and did an excellent job. I dealt mostly with Emily, the Operations Manager, but when she was not around Verity and Bethany were available, all excellent! The engineer spent additional time because the last organisation had done such a poor installation with even the wrong inverter. EE also did additional work, which we required, in addition to the panels and battery. The panels and storage battery are finally working.
Sadly, so many companies are not good concerning solar panels, and there are a lot of potential pitfalls. I recommend finding a company with a good reputation and going with that one, rather than cost alone. I would highly recommend getting a quote from EE. I have already told a few friends about them. Finally, sometimes with reviews, it's hard to tell when they are genuine. This one is! Get a quote from a few companies, but I wish we had started with them 18 months ago.

I was referred to EE Renewables after my original installer went out of business, leaving me with a non-functional system and a great deal of stress. I received marvellous personal support from Emily.

The scaffolders and the (re)installers were similarly helpful. Everything was done efficiently, calmly and with great courtesy.

After the dreadful experience the first time round, dealing with EE Renewables was a pleasure. I'm enormously grateful to them for bringing everything to a highly satisfactory conclusion.

We had some technical problems but ee were responsive, prompt and helpful. They are easy to deal with. On one occasion the boss came out on a Sunday to resolve a problem. Ee are very approachable and their customer service is very good.

Excellent throughout - right from initial advice on the design of the solar PV system to suit our circumstances and budget, through installation and commissioning at a very competitive price, to continuing support and customer service post installation - EE renewables have been great and we're really happy with our solar panels, inverter and battery!

Not used company before came out fairly quickly. Appeared to have lots of test equipment needed. Upgraded my fuse in fuse box. Had to call them out again as my inverter had packed up a week later. Would definitely use them again and they communicated well with me.
