From the first telephone call to EE Renewables the company has been so professional in every way, from explaining how solar worked, how many panels we needed, how the would battery would work, even down to what export tariff we would need.
The whole teem was so friendly explained exactly what they would be doing that day, they were so professional and best of all no mess they were a pleasure to have around.

EE Renewables were chosen for me by Torfaen Council through a solar initiative. From start to finish I could not fault them. They had a competitive price, friendly professional staff and did a neat installation. Keeping me informed at each step. I would highly recommend this company if you are thinking of installing solar.

I found this solar panel fitting company via an initiative of Cardiff council. All the staff at EE renewable were very friendly, professional and always on schedule. I even offered to pay more than the 25% deposit but I was told that no, they only wanted the 25% and no more and the remainder of the money only after satisfactory completion. And it was a very satisfactory conclusion.

Recently installed panels and battery etc and all the team where great from the surveyor Jason , David (especially for all the time he spent answering my questions ), Verity and Bethany plus accounts. They all responded to emails quickly and efficiently keeping me up to date. Big thanks to the 2 guys who installed the panels in temperatures that made it very hard work. I am sure I missed someone but thanks you if I have. Just waiting now for scaffold to be struck and electricity supplier to respond to my emails (not in EE control unfortunately) .

EE Renewables have recently completed an installation of solar panels at my house.
From start to finish everything worked perfectly. Some people from EE that come to mind are Owen and Dave who carried out most of the works, both were excellent as were the Tech Support who helped me with some issues with my app.
I would highly recommend using this company.

from start to finish EE renewables kept us informed every step of the way, of our installation of a Vaillant air source heat pump.Leon is very well informed and professional the way he goes about installing the heat pump and all of the equipment that goes with it. Nothing was to much trouble for him. Jason and moses were part of the professional team.if you are looking to buy a heat pump i highly recommend this company.

I read the reviews before signing up for our Solar PV installation, which spoke of excellence. That was exactly what we found. The quoting, paperwork, office support was highly efficient, kept us accurately and fully up to date at all stages of the process. The various installers for each step clearly knew exactly what they were doing, often volunteering answers before we'd even asked the question. Everyone across the company seems to actually enjoy what they're doing!! It was very refreshing indeed to find such good tailored service (in this day and age!) - and at a good price.

EE renewables were fantastic - the installation team worked an unbelievably long day to complete the whole PV, battery and ev charger on time. They were very flexible when the inevitable tweaks were needed, and then did not charge me when the charger stand was not needed. Follow up customer service was first class - definitely recommend them.

From start to finish EE RENEWABLES was a pleasure to deal with, always keeping us informed every step of the way. When the panels were fitted to the roof and all the electrics fitted in the garage no problem and always tidy up when finished. No where near the most expensive but all great.

EERenewables have been a great company to deal with. From the initial survey through to the installation and aftercare their staff have always been friendly and professional.

Despite being a slightly more challenging installation, it was completed in one day with everything being left clean and tidy. The installers were fantastic and didn’t mind me watching the equipment being installed as I was interested to follow the process. They were able to install the components exactly where we wanted them, keeping everything looking neat even though most of it was located in a cellar.

After the installation we experienced a couple of issues, but these were dealt with quickly by their support team and they arranged for the engineers to revisit to rectify them.

I would not hesitate to recommend EERenewables for your solar installation.

A fantastic firm to deal with. Communication easy. Queries dealt with promptly and all work completed to a very high standard, efficiently, and by staff who were a pleasure to interact with.
After installation the commissioning was thorough and the handover exhaustive and informative.

Following the inital call to the company an engineer was booked for yesterday (01/05/2025). The engineer , Doug arrived on time and following an inital visual inspection of the solar system. Removed the faulty solar panel/inverter and fully tested the system. Unfortunaly the fault appeared to be within the inverter which is no longer manufactured. Doug recorded all the relevent information to see what the most cost effective repair maybe. This may be suitable micro inverter or another make or removing the micro inverters and replacing with another system. Doug was excellent in that he took time to explain what he had found and what options may be. He was polite, tidy and apoligised for not being able to repair the fault.
I jusdt have to wait to see what solutions the company offer folowwing Dougs report.
So far and excelent service from the company, will have to see what happens next.

Very straightforward to deal with, prompt and the installers were extremely efficient and diligent. The forms were dispatched with no fuss.
Communication with the company was easy and their response made you feel that you were a valued customer.

We did a lot of research on providers fitting solar panels, battery and charge point. A friend recommended EE Renewables, having just had panels and a battery fitted. We found EE Renewables competitively priced using good products, and they were very responsive (but no hard sell! A buyer by profession, this was a star point for me! Confidence in their products/services at a fair and reasonable price sold it!)
Everything was fitted within 10 days! Incredible!
The team respected our property and did a good job (Nathan in particular, was brilliant). Even the scaffolding was only up for 10 days.
The office support (Beth) was also very efficient and helpful.
If you’re looking for a good provider, I absolutely recommend this company!

The solar panel and battery installation went very smoothly and efficiently, and we were shown how to download and use the app to monitor the system. The scaffolding however was a different issue. They did not come on the appointed day with no explanation, causing me to take another day off work, they were noisy and disruptive (loud music, swearing) in a residential area with children around, and reversed over a fence post with their truck and told me it was rotting anyway. So 10/10 for EE renewables, but 0/10 for the scaffolders. UPDATE 07th April 2025. EE Renewables have contacted me to discuss my review and to apologise for the poor service from their contractors. I'm satisfied with the response and cannot fault the customer service and communications from EE Renewables

Very easy to work with. Provided a good quote for PV panels, battery, and EV charge point (through a Wiltshire Council organised group buy scheme). Good communication. Installation went very smoothly. System seems to work fine! Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Couldn't have asked for a more efficient service than EE Renewables.
The survey was great answering all my questions and helped to decide how many panels and where to put the inverter and battery.

Scaffolders, Solar installers and electrical installation all arrived on the dates specified, my thanks to all the team including office staff for there professional service.

All completed in two days and a system that is running better than all my expectations. Many thanks
