This company is a joke!
I ordered three times from eeshops.com and each time the order was wrong. First time they sent the wrong power supply for my ps3 but sent the right one a month later. Second time they sent non working lenses but the third time was the charm. First they sent nothing I ordered. Two diodes and a PSU but nothing out of 10 items ordered were included. The said they would send out the right items asap.Three weeks later I send an email to find out what the tracking number for the replacement shipping was and they supply a number dated that day. The actual package doesn't get to the post office in China until a week later. When the package finally arrives they sent one each of 8 items and none of 2 others. My order was for 3 - 5 of each item. The cost was $330 for my order but $247.87 worth was still missing. I have asked for a refund but even though the say they will refund I have been waiting two months for that refund. Several attempts to get them to refund have so far proven unsuccessful. My original order was placed October 8, 2010 and it is now January 7, 2011 and still no refund, no merchandise and no respect for eeshops. com. Chloe and Angel were the "customer support" and there has been about 20 emails sent without a resolution. For God's sake don't do what I did and send a paypal payment as personal money transfer instead of goods. I did, like I was requested by eeshops, and have no recourse to recover using paypal's item not received complaint form because the transaction does not show any items bought, so what is there to refund for. Beware all who choose to save a buck, you may as well flush your money down the toilet, the outcome is the same as if you had sent eeshops.com the money. These people are thieves and their company should wither and die as all others who shit on the customer. STAY AWAY FROM EESHOPS.COM, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! Nothing but crap old used stuff, they like to call this "original", but it is crap old used stuff, buyer beware!!!
To EESHOPS...REMEMBER, HAPPY CUSTOMERS TELL A FEW, UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS TELL EVERYONE!
