They're easier than other similar companies

This is my third time with Eezy import. Every time I am impressed more and more. There are so many positive aspect of their dealings however this time I will concentrate on one. They are a very good teaching team. Mark & NIna are very patient, does not get irritated or irked, imparts guidance and knowledge with ease & smiling demeanour. I was a total novice but now I am reasonably competent in filing for cargo release. All credit goes to Mark & Nina. A great company, I would recommend for everyone.

So far I've been helped with everything I've needed and it's not been too pricey overall it's taken a load off my mind and I'd recommend highly.

Having never done this before, I really struggled due to the manufacturer not forwarding all information necessary. When customs rejected my filing I was emailed and didn't realize it, then called by your agent to help me fix my errors. He was very professional and helpful.
