have been billed for eFax for over two years without ever using the service. They never sent a monthly email notifying me of the charges, and at some point, they even increased the rate—without any prior notice. They simply kept charging my account.
When I tried to cancel, I discovered that the only way to do so was by providing my fax number—a number I have never used and do not even know. This deliberately makes it difficult for customers to cancel.
To make matters worse, their initial response was a generic apology without offering any real resolution. Then, instead of addressing the issue, they attempted to discredit my review by questioning whether I was even a customer—trying to get Trustpilot to remove my feedback.
Now it all makes sense! eFax is actively working to suppress real customer reviews to hide their deceptive practices.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! If you're considering their service, think twice before falling into their billing trap.

Great customer service. I had to send an email to the Corporate Support team to make a change to the setup of our account. A lot of times when I send an email like this, I get back a generic response that is not very helpful. This morning I received a very detailed response with the answers to questions I didn't even ask, but were super helpful. Very impressed with the customer service that I received from Eveldina! Great employees are what make for great companies!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I have had countless issues with their "autopay" system, including getting invoices for months saying "autopay-do not pay" then getting an email saying my account was delinquent 300+ days. This also happened another time as well. I would talk to customer services but kept having issues. I then cancelled my membership end of October but sure enough they billed me for November. They never answer any emails sent to their customer support email. Definitely don't use this company!
