Had purchased there paua bikinis back in January when they first ever came out, have still not received anything and it is now APRIL. Have tried contacting them by email a lot of times and no one is responding to me now. Absolutely disappointed and would not recommend purchasing from here ever. Still to this day have had no communication and haven’t received my package.
Very cheap material and shipping to NZ was very slow!! Wouldn’t buy again. Love the branding/imagery/creativity but the quality of the items are not worth the price, it’s obvious they’re made in a sweat shop
Placed order in November 2023. Received in Jan 2024 with a missing item. Emailed and was told it would be shipped the following day, also with the shipping cost refunded for the inconvenience which neither have been done. Reached out again the following week via emails, instagram DM and a comment under one of their recent posts with no response. Yet they can still post on all their socials. So disappointed because I actually really love their pieces…
Purchased an item in November, 23.
Received a generic message first week of Jan, apologising for the wait & it’ll be shipped that same week.
Clearly not shipped, I then emailed 15th of Jan & a couple of hours later I get an email saying it’s been “shipped” by clicking on the order they are getting it ready& it hasn’t been shipped yet.
Really frustrating, would prefer my money back or at least clear communication, I have a feeling they’ve run out of stock, cause it shouldn’t been shipped weeks ago like they said. Just an assumption but I just want to know if my item is on the way or not?
The Vintage T-Shirts fit really nice and also have a good quality. The grey/black isn´t as washed-out as I thought but it still has a vintage vibe to it. Shipping was also fast, even to Europe (for me Germany).
Not recomending,received damaged product,owner promised to send me new one but not responding anymore,even makes fun of me,call me by names,overall is rude and salty towards me when i spent not small money on his stuff.
