The worse customer service ever, they did not send all. My forms and lock my account there is no option to unlock my account , they sent me to another stupid website called Sovos.com which is worse than efilemyforms.com
Please stop using them and save yourself time and money
I have been using this company for many years. when I filed for 2025-1099-NEC , company took money and never transmitted , status remains in progress. Their support number 866-890-3971 is inactive and chat feature is unattended. It is now officially a scam .
If zero was possible, that'd be my rating. Took the information and that was it. Seems like maybe they're scamming for business account/sign in information. Used to be great, now they're a scam.
Stay away from this company. It is nonlonger legit. There is no way to contact them. If you have 1099’s/W-2’s processed they will charge you but not process, or mail the forms or file them.
Prior years has been fine. It’s been 1 month, nobody has replied by email, no forms were mailed to recipients, it’s a fraud. Scam beginning for the 2026 tax year.

I have been using this company for 10 years with out a problem until this year, 2026. It says my payment would not process so I tried it again. Still says it wouldn't process. I called they bank, I have been charged twice!! Site says my payment will not go through. My 1099s will not be processed. No customer service, nobody to call. Site is no longer trustworthy. DO NOT USE EFILEMYFORMS.COM
Very disappointed with this company. There is no customer service to help you. Tech (software) assistants are useless and lack training. They have taken over 4 days and my account is still locked and cannot be used. Stay away and used other companies.
