The worst experience
They say my account is in enforcement - this is ongoing for the last 2 years , even tho it was paid , every single time they will push you to get a tag or they won`t reopen or completely close your account.
Ringing them today , i have 600 euros of unpaid tolls , even tho` i have receipts for all of them.
I asked so many times to discuss with a manager and get this sorted , they always push to "resolver team".
When talking to resolver team , they say they can`t do anything about the account.
I am going to get a solicitor and go to court , had enough stress.
Avoid that no good motorway at all costs ! make sure you keep your receipts !

Business model is a scam.
Set up to trick and catch their "customers" out rather than help or assist. Their whole penalty system is a joke, and used to simply try and add you to their database "create an account or get a tag" blah blah blah.
They take your funds and decide where to apply them thus creating makey up penalties to continue to drive revenue growth for the business as opposed to a good easy transaction for their customers.
The whole model is ridiculous and how it is allowed to operate is beyond me.

Firstly, the Capcha doesn’t load on your phone, so if you’re visiting ireland and don’t have access to a laptop, tough luck, you can’t pay. Secondly it doesn’t show you the amount due, due to GDPR allegedly, pretty sure these guys have 0 clue how GDPR works, terrible experience for paying a toll, maybe i’ve seen worse websites, but wow this one is very very very bad

Absolute scam. Nothing is easy on this website. Unable to reach an actual person to talk a query through with. Unable to set up an account so in turn charged scandalous amounts of money for fees. Shocking how this is allowed each day. Joke.

Only reason I am providing three starts instead of one is because of Customer Service Agent "Niamh"! She was very professional and understanding of the situation E-Flow have suspended my account due to an oversight and system error on their part.
If all agents in every company were as great as Niamh dealing with them would make them such a better experience. Niamh done what she could for me as she has limited authority.
I have raised a complaint and await to hear back from management regarding same.

Appalling service. Have a penalty for journey I tried to pay but got an untrapped error on the site AFTER I had confirmed in banking app. By the time I could confirm payment hadn't gone through it was too late. Can't pay the penalty, not displayed in the pay penalty section. Today I got a penalty notice for 2 journeys paid on the day with confirmed payment by bank.
In response to reply from eFlow:
1. I HAVE contacted and had no reply after 3 days
2. The payment process error was UNTRAPPED server side. Not a failed payment at the bank, nothing to do with me - entirely a failure of eFlow's web app and as it was UNTRAPPED it wasn't possible to tell if the payment had been successfully applied or not.

Not the first time this government backed rip off company have tried to defraud me out of money!!!
My car was off the road for bodywork repairs from December 1st untill January the 5th, when I went to check my balance I discovered there was a discrepancy with my balance, so I went in to check my listed journeys to discover they had charged me for the auto company delivering my car back to me, I sent in a dispute to say that my car had not been driven but was transported on a recovery truck, they have the photo they took to prove it as well!!
Then I discover that not only were they ripping me off by charging me for my car being delivered on a truck but they charged me €5.10 instead of €2.50, because they are charging me the cost of a goods vehicle when my tag is CLEARLY issued for a passenger car!!! When I went to dispute the charge the piece of crap system would not accept my complaint until the 1st complaint has dealt with.
The joke is, if I owed them money and it was my fault I would most certainly now be charged penalties, so when they do get back onto me, along with their apology il be insisting they pay me a minimum of double the amount they took from my account, this company is and always will be a disgraceful rip off company and should not be allowed to make such huge amounts of money off the back of ordinary people!!!!!

Tony O'Neill

Spoke with a man called Craig over the phone today, very helpful and understanding with my concern about my account. Such a pleasant experience speaking with someone so nice, I always believe good customer service deserves the recognition.

Kudos to Niamh in the customer service online chat - she was extremely helpful, efficient and friendly!

Toll price 3.5e, 21 days later penalties 53e. Are you mad? 1500% interest? Are you living in the real world? I feel I got robbed. disgrace.

One of their phone lines claims open except bank holidays yet they are closed Friday December 23 but it is not a bank holiday (edit: reply says they were open, but they were not when I phoned early in the day even though it was during the opening hours suggested by the phone line robot). Will Eflow pay a penalty for this? No. Can I pay online a penalty? No because they have to snail mail a journey number for me to pay. Who may or may not deliver this snail mail? The same government that receives some of the money from penalties. Big conflict of interest and extraordinary technical backwardness all wrapped into one

I received a demand today 20th December for two journeys I made on 12thDecember and 14th I paid in advance by card. First agent I spoke with was of no help and barely spoke English. I am raging they eventually accepted I paid. They gave me a case number. Saying now it's a computer glitch. They should be fined not the customer. I should have said nothing and let them bring me to court.

Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. And I mean that genuinely.
Unfortunately eflow and its debt collection arm (EPC) are set up as an impenetrable money extracting machine, akin to a ‘scam’. We have received a fine that has increased for allegedly not paying a toll. We have produced multiple sources of evidence that we did pay on time, as has our credit card company directly. eflow and EPC have rejected all of this. The company has no interest in finding out whether one has actually paid or if the company has made a mistake, will accept no evidence except their own (yes - that’s what they have said), and then will not supply their own evidence on request. Our bank has identified the issue at Eflow, and provided ‘unequivocal’ evidence that the fault is theirs. Eflow won’t even consider it.
Multiple calls and instant chats all responded to with - ‘we can’t discuss this with you’, signposting you to another branch, who inform you that you need to speak to someone else. Multiple emails unresponded to. Messages received have been inconsistent, threatening and evasive. It is clear that they simply make profit out of fining people, and do not care if that fine is accurate or not. We have reported them to various parties but I doubt this will do anything.
And please eflow - don’t bother to write a ‘we are sorry to hear of your frustration..’ response here on trust pilot with zero attempt to actually resolve the issue, as you have done to so many other people who have been through similar experiences. Writing to simply tick the box saying that a customer complaint is responded to, with phrases such as ‘you can pay the toll in x ways’ or ‘you will need to call this number’ when there is no actual wish or attempt to follow your own customer charter is at best condescending.

How is this company allowed to operate. Incredibly incompetent and they leak your information.

I have been consistently updating my account, charging up, and keeping the account updated. I was always on top of this. A couple of months in, I log into the account, and find it to be suspended. A few days later, I received a letter from their solicitor informing me that I had to pay €300 in fines. I called eflow's customer support and they told me that I didn't update the card/payment method so they had to charge me penalties, EVEN THOUGH I still have credit in their system that covers all of my journeys so far. How is that in any world fair? Absolutely disgraceful, shady tactics, and using every chance to get more money back. Oh, and the tag that you pay for in advance doesn't mean it belongs to you, you are actually "renting" it and you have to return it to avoid a further €20 charge.

Every time I had an issue, I always managed to speak with the most helpful people that I have ever encountered.
And even to get to speak to a human is a feat in itself
Today, unfortunately, I had to cancel my account( my partner now has a wheelchair, so toll exempt) and have changed our car.
I spoke to Stephen to get this done and, yet again, it was a most pleasant and satisfactory experience. I wish I still needed my account just for the pleasure of speaking to such a professional and genuinely nice person. Thank you , Niamh
