Lots of activities, good food and beautiful

Very accommodating in a tough situations
Very different and there were activities to do everyday.
My experience with EF Tours to Belize was incredibly enjoyable and enlightening—a truly unforgettable journey. However, my only concern lies in the fact that I paid extra for excursions that were not included in the trip, and unfortunately, we have yet to receive a refund for these expenses.
Our daughter enjoyed the itinerary and the country of Belize. However, the fact that we could not use a credit card to make payments as we had to initiate a bank draft of provide a debit card is ridiculous. Especially considering that the trip was greater than $4,000 and EF tours accepted our money for 2-years prior to the departure. Then the flights departed at zero-dark-thirty from 110-miles from home to arrive no later than 4am we incurred a hotel night or leave the house @2am. Then a 6-hour layover, probably to save more money, really was upsetting.

While we do offer a debit-only payment plan, we also provide alternative methods, including credit card payments if families prefer to pay with credit. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the early flight schedule and layover. The tours were fantastic, cave tubing and zip-lining was amazing. Was able to experience different foods and drinks.
Had the time of her life cannot wait till upcoming trips and tour guide was amazing!
