Our EF tour was mostly amazing. My main issue was some of the hotels were in very sketchy locations specifically the Newport Wales one. It felt very unsafe to be there with the kids, given the man passed out in the bar door we had to walk past to the person a shop owner warned us was a “crackhead” and told us stay away from. The kids were supposed to have free time to roam and find dinner on their own as lunch was provided this day but many were too scared to leave the hotel. It seemed we had no other reason to be in this town as we were in England that day and the following day and just crossed the border I assumed for a cheaper hotel to save money. The hotel in Dublin also concerned me as we were warned about rape gangs in that general area and witnessed lots of random people congregating right outside the hotel doors. They were not guests but would approach us and ask weird questions. It also seems like the food selection and planning could be done better, it was unorganized and there were such limited choices given. Then it didn’t seem to matter what was chosen as they just walked around and auctioned off food everywhere.
I was surprised at how much I actually enjoyed this trip. Ireland was actually my favorite and was least excited about.

We throughly enjoyed our UK tour! We were blessed with an amazing tour director, Sally, and got to see and experience so many amazing things. Well worth it, and a great way to experience the cultures up close and personal.
My daughter throughly loved her trip and the people and experiences that came with it. Highly recommended
A great variety of experiences were covered in the 15 days. Everything from historical landmarks, to natural beauty and art museums were included. Having the same bus driver for all the days in one country and one tour guide for the entire experience was a huge benefit. We are excited to give our daughter the chance to travel with EF Tours again.
It was wonderful to see all these beautiful countries! I especially love the castles and the beautiful cathedrals.
This was a fantastic trip for my 17yo daughter. Easy to sign up, great itinerary, and cost effective!

The experiences offered on this trip were life-changing! Students were able to engage with real history and real people. I would recommend this trip to any history or literature lover!
Ireland was overall a beautiful country! The food, scenery, culture, people, coach driver and the places we stayed were absolutely delightful! I would highly recommend taking the in depth tour of Britain & Ireland. Our tour guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable. She accommodated our every need and made our experience unforgettable. I’m very thankful I was able to travel with EF!
My daughter had a fabulous time and came home with an even deeper love of travel. What an amazing once in a lifetime graduation gift! When her group missed their connecting flight home due to unexpected delays in Paris, EF Tours stepped in and took care of the flight changes and lodging.
