The Capitals of Scandinavia tour was extremely well paced. Our TD, Julia, was amazing, and EF, as always, provided us with a top-tier tour. We loved the new style of upgraded meals with choices. Our hotels were nice, and the overnight ferries were pretty great, too. I do not have a single complaint from our 11-day tour! Adding on Tallinn at the end makes for a picture-perfect ending. What a charming city!

my granddaughter had the time of her life. Everything went perfect, from the flights, to the food, the tours, and the new friends she met. She will be meeting up with one of them in New York city later this year. The teacher who coordinated the event kept us parents informed, and was completely organized, we had nothing to worry about. This was a classy trip, hotels were pristeen and lovely, the hotel "ferry" was a completely new experience. I may go myself next year!
Capitals of Scandinavia is a great trip to see old-world charm, learn about a lesser known part of European history and experience a culture of hygge and filament!

Our daughter had a amazing trip! Their tour guide Alex was engaging, flexible and fun! Felt so relived that she had a great tour guide, student group and teachers. Thank u for taking such great care of our daughter,
too fast pace, needed more time to experience that which had been offered.
Visited very authentic European towns without the huge crowds. Weather was lovely - tour director was amazing.
Our children have gone on multiple EF tours and we have traveled on many as well. They've all been top notch. This most recent trip to Scandinavia might have been the best! My son said that the night ferry was really exciting and that it was fun to experience the "midnight sun." Varied and exciting itinerary, great accommodations, well-organized, and first class guides. On the tour, the students really got to know each other, so it was not only wonderful travel, it was also a memorable social experience. Can't recommend EF Tours more highly!
The tour was great but sharing a pull out couch with its another person in a room with 4 people should never happen.
Each city is amazing in ways that are similar yet still unique. They are also great places to give students true free time to explore on their own. The only critique I have is that I wish there would have been one more night in Oslo. I felt like we were just getting our feet wet and we were already on a ferry heading out.
I really enjoyed this tour and the students did as well.
This tour provided a great experience for the capital cities of Scandinavia. I would highly recommend including the extension to Helsinki and Tallinn! I, personally, wanted a little more time in each city to explore but it is already a fast-paced and jam-packed trip, and hard to squeeze in any more. The hidden gem of this tour is the night ferry; it really should be called a night cruise! If you are looking to experience many new places in one trip, this is it. If you want a tour in which you get more depth than breadth, I would look at other tours in EF's catalogue. Overall, a great experience with a phenomenal tour director, Julia!
