We are grateful our child had the opportunity to travel abroad with a safe and professional organization. She had a wonderful time. EFtours provided great communication. I didn't worry about sending my teenage child overseas with this organization . I would travel with them again.

Great experience from start to finish!
never once worried about my Childs safety, she was in great hands
We had a great time in London. Everything was planned for us - Tom, our tour director, was a great leader. He is very organized, knowledgeable, and personable.
Met or exceeded all expectations

Everything went without a hitch
A fabulous trip for my daughter!
The shows were great.
It was a very exciting and fun tour with a very busy schedule.our guide was amazing and EF was outstanding at ticking off all the items in our tour wish list. I highly recommend Curtain Time in London.
The Curtaintime itinerary is the perfect fit for theatre educators. I highly recommend the extension as well, as the cost differential was not that much more. We spent 7 days in England (plus 2 days of travel): 3 shows {we saw Wicked, The Play That Goes Wrong, and Six}, tour West End theatre {Royal Theatre at Drury Lane}, tour and workshop at The Globe, technical theatre workshop {lighting}, performance workshop {Shakespeare}, and a day trip to Stratford-Upon-Avon {Anne Hathaway's birthplace, Shakespeare's birthplace}.
Trip was amazing. I would recommend less wait time for customer service. The average time when I had questions was an hour.
Underprepared, horribly coordinated, refusal to accommodate for medical and internal issues, very condescending towards our whole group and very condescending towards people with issues or other opinions, also why give us Oyster cards if we were barely going to take advantage of their full benefits? Our tour guide was very anti-bus and after landing and a whole day's worth of walking, walking 10 blocks back to the hotel is not the most easy on the feet. Will also say, the restaurants they picked out were hardly ever good and you could tell were cheap picks. Spent 3k for a trip that should be worth $970 at most! My room only had a double bed and a bed for one-person, leading two of us having to sleep in the same bed and they only gave us two keys. And we weren't the only ones this happened to, we should have had individual beds for all. This tour should not be allowed to host children ever again in my humble opinion.
This is a good tour, but staying in Picadilly Circus at the "cocoon" style hotel was stressful and uncomfortable with a group of 28 including myself. Zedwell Picadilly is a "hostel" style hotel with small beds, bunk beds, and see through showers and toilets (frosted glass but still see through). Teenagers felt uncomfortable with the see through frosted glass and limited privacy. Internet was spotty and made it difficult for us to communicate with each other. Breakfast was a cold breakfast every morning. We did not get to choose the theater shows we wanted, except for 1, and there was confusion with having the theater workshops that were promoted on the website itinerary. We had a tour of the National Theater and it would have been amazing if we had seen a performance in that venue, but we did not. We also did not get to see a Shakespearean performance and I think that would have been life changing as well. Additionally, the days are far too packed and exhausting. Our Tour Director, Leon, was wonderful and helped us navigate all the changes and mishaps in our schedule. Heads up, Borough Market is solely a FOOD Market, and not a traditional Artisan or Thrift Market. It was shoulder to shoulder packed and the lines were long, granted all the glorious food looked amazing. There was also hardly any place to sit in Borough Market. I suggest a change from Borough Market to Portobello Market because of the wonderful shopping AND food that is available in that location. All in all, I do not think I would do this tour again unless I designed the tour myself to ensure that all the theater experiences and London experiences were what and where I would want them to be (more theater shows, less free time). I have been on other EF Tours with fabulous, comfortable, lux hotels with amazing buffet breakfasts, and tours and schedules that went off without a hitch, but this absolutely was not one of them. I would actually rank this 2 stars, but I feel a little remorse for doing that because I appreciate EF as an important company bringing enlightenment to the world. But please take Zedwell Picadilly off your list of hotels. It's pretty bad and the majority of us dreaded returning to that hotel each night.
We saw everything possible during our time there. The theater tours were great!
Personally, EF made my time in London absolutely miserable. The only time my group and I felt we had any fun was during our "free time." Unfortunately, our tour guide was extremely rude and showed a clear favoritism towards the other group that had been combined with ours. Our flight into London was canceled the night before we were scheduled to depart. Despite this, EF did not even attempt to secure new accommodations for us until less than 12 hours before our rescheduled flight left, resulting in us losing nearly two days of our already short six-day trip. When we finally arrived at the hotel that EF had arranged for us, we discovered that there weren’t even enough beds for all our group members. This forced some of us to either sleep on the floor or share a bed with another member, which was incredibly uncomfortable. Our tour guide exacerbated our discomfort by rushing us through many of our scheduled activities. She was also notably rude to us, even though many of us hadn’t slept in over 24 hours due to poor conditions on the plane. Adding to our disappointment, the meals provided were awful and small. They were nothing close to the cuisine of London, clearly chosen based on cost rather than quality. Overall, EF’s lack of organization and consideration turned what should have been an exciting trip to London into a series of frustrations and disappointments. The only relief we found was during the moments when we were free from the tour's constraints, allowing us to explore and enjoy the city on our own terms.
Fabulous experience and would do it again in a heartbeat!
Our guide made this experience a wonderful one!
Fun, historic mix of activities and stops to make the trip a well-rounded experience!
I had such a great time in London. Our guide was awesome and we saw some amazing shows. This trip was a 10 out of 10! Thank you so much for the great experience. Hope my school offers another trip before I graduate!
