Our local guide, Daniel, was absolutely fantastic. He found the most beautiful places for us to explore and relax, like the private family restaurant located on the river where we watched the local farm bring their cows to cool down and take a drink. He also made sure that we worked with local businesses that make a priority of helping out their local community. By being a part of this experience, we not only learned about the culture in the DR, we also learned that what we were doing was helping others. Thank you, Daniel!
