My son had an amazing experience. Just a little too expensive. More kids would get the chance to go, or parents, if it weren't so expensive.

Our son loved every minute of this trip!

My child left with memories! She loved her tour guide and all the experiences/excursions EF put together. She said the group's guide made the experience extra special. She said the vegetarian meals were okay, but EF was quick to respond when their was a food mix-up.

My son thoroughly enjoyed his spring break trip to Ireland and England. There was a nice balance of sightseeing and activities. The logistics went very smoothly. The chaperones provided terrific pictures and updates via an online app. I found some of the articles and tips about packing very helpful. I look forward to sending my younger boy on an EF trip in the future.

I was very happy that I sent my daughter on this trip. They were able to see quite a bit in the time that they had. It was well coordinated.

My daughter didn't like Dublin she said a lot of people smoke as it looks like to be the culture there she didn't like it BUT she loved London.

Good sampling of two countries but would’ve enjoyed another day in London. Lost a bit in travel between the two. Great guides and accommodations provided.

My child really enjoyed his trip to Dublin, Wales and London through EF Tours sponsored by his school. The itinerary was informative, educational and fun! It was a nice combination of city and country trekking, with trips to several castles in the area, Oxford University, , Stratford-upon-Avon (Shakespeare's birthplace) and Anne Hathaway's cottage, St. Patrick's Cathedral, London Bridge, the changing of the guard, Big Ben and much more! The administrator kept parents well informed throughout the entire trip with pictures, etc. My child has a fantastic time and arrived home safely.

The overall experience of Europe was wonderful. However there were a few things. The value of the trip compared to what I spent was lacking. Most of our hotels were nice but our one hotel, a Holiday Inn Express in Birmingham wasn’t great. This was also where we had our dinner that night and it was pretty bad. It was a one night stay and we were in Europe so we didn’t make a big deal out of it. Would do it again if I had the chance? No, but I do not regret going!

We really had a magical experience on this tour! The hotels were very accommodating. The tour director was very entertaining and supportive. Each destination on the itinerary offered an immersive educational experience. We easily could have spent a week in each location and it still would not have been enough!

This was our second trip with EF. This one was a poor excuse for what it should have been. Dinners were entirely too early and not enough food for the students. Which meant that we were back to the hotel before it was even sunset. Not like our last trip. Dublin was fantastic. The bus driver was excellent. I would love to send him a thank you note and keep in touch. The bus driver for England was so terrible that he fought with his SITE NAV the entire time while all the adults on the bus watched him pass the correct turn repeatedly as he circled. Worse, when we finally did arrive to our spot, he was so late, and he cut our visits so short that we had less than 45 minutes for the Tower of London - pathetic. We ran through the white tower and the jewels building to see something. We understand that the London Tube was down, but EF should have made other arrangements for us. Both airports in London and Paris had such bad security checks that we were late for all of our flights, but luckily we made them all. The hotel in Birmingham was disgusting. Blood was on the pillowcase, and the sheets were covered up rather than cleaned. Although our Tour Director was very kind, it was evident that she was brand new. I finally took over in Paris to ensure we kept the travelers busy, engaged, and out longer than 530 p.m. I have full confidence that she will do great when she gets more experience. The worst part was the tour guide in Paris. He was rude to all of us, especially our tour director. He told the adults on our trip to "shut up." So unprofessional. He was also our Tour Guide for Versailles. He was late to the meeting time, which cut the first group's tour time short, then the second tour group ran through the entire tour, and he skipped a lot of rooms (I know since I have been there before), and he refused to allow the students to go to the restroom. I realize that we were coming out of COVID, and EF was making up for three years of postponed or canceled trips. Unfortunately, I believe that many schools and future tours will not happen now as many lost trust in EF and the staff. Sad. For this reason, it has been very difficult to build our next trip for the summer of 2024. People talk and read reviews and feedback.

The food in Dublin was actually pretty good, but London not so much. The tour itself was great, but our group leader made it a little less enjoyable. EF Tours provides and itinerary and tour director but the group leader is supposed to lead which ours did not. She treated the trip like her and her sister's personal vacation since they didn't travel a lot as kids (her words.) I can't say the kids learned much. The bottom line is if you have a good group leader the trip will go smoothly. If you don't then prepared to be utterly frustrated with the lack of organization.
