My son had an amazing trip with EFE tours, friends and teachers trip 100% safe. My kid was always in touch with me, and I felt happy that he was having an experience that he will never forget.
Over all very good tour for a group tour. Our guide Adriana made the trip. I would recommend some improvement to restaurant and hotel selection. Some were great other were just average.
Lots of things to see and learn. Still had free time.
Overall, great experience and a wonderful way for travelers to knock off a bunch of bucket list items while learning where they’d love to return to see one day.
Our tour guide was soooo amazing, he fixed any problems we may have had before we even knew about them.
The tour felt very rushed - I know there has to be an agenda, but most of the tour group (it seemed) wished that we could have stayed longer in some places and spent much less time in others. For what we paid, it was worth getting breakfast and dinner each night, and the places we stayed weren't the worst, but - again - I wish that we had gotten to give some input to the areas we were in.
My students had the chance to experience numerous countries and cultures. The trip provided exactly what they said it would.
Painless experience
I personally had a good experience with this trip. I liked the different historical and architectural places and how we got free time in every place we went to.
Lots of bumps in the road and poor sleeping arrangements but great EF guide. The EF guide made up for all the cancellations experienced on trip (activities/bus/sharing beds). So he was the reason for a good experience but lack of support for him from EF was disappointing to see.
Great timing with visiting countries. Rooms were inadequate (five to a room). I wish the Eiffel Tower was open to get the whole experience.
Very enjoyable. The tour guide waa great and enjoyed all thr places that she went to.
So disappointed!!! Poor quality of everything!!! Hotels, food, tour guide, schedules, everything was sad!!!

For 19 days EF provided the least possible, when quantifying this tour, you discover that for a hefty price rage travelers were given the bare minimum. Accommodations that were below standards, menus without options, and when in need of assistance due poor hostel like accommodations, EF doesn’t respond to your calls. The only time EF gets involved is when a passport is lost or a traveler misses a train…not when travelers are unhappy with the hostel rooms, and are feeling unsafe. Beware! Promises are given, few are kept!

Amazing Experience with affordability.. My son enjoyed himself along with the rest of us.
We had the best tour director. He worked very hard to keep our group happy and on track. We saw and learned so much. Some days were very long. Be prepared to walk 4-5 miles per day. This was an amazing experience to share with my daughter. It's worth every penny.

The Essence of Europe tour was phenomenal. It was very fast paced and enjoyable experience. I wish we spent more time in Switzerland. This trip greatly increased my understanding of world culture. I highly recommend it!! Shout out to our tour guide, Dio!
